Kevin Hart Ripped For Defending Ellen Again, Fans Ask Why He's Ignoring Her Talk Show Staff's Allegations

Kevin Hart is sticking by his defense of Ellen DeGeneres despite fans questioning why he is ignoring her staffer's allegations of racism and abuse.

The comedian is being roasted by fans on social media after he posted a video explaining his decision to stick up for Ellen.

As The Blast previously reported, Ellen is in the middle of a crisis PR campaign in an attempt to salvage her image and career. The fallout continues following ex-staffers speaking out about a toxic workplace environment with alleged racism, sexual misconduct and abuse.

Earlier this week, Katy Perry and Kevin Hart spoke out in defense of Ellen. Interesting to note, Ellen gave Kevin a major platform when he was catching heat for his homophobic remarks and his “apology”.

Kevin wrote a lengthy statement defending Ellen, “It’s crazy to see my friend go thru what she’s going thru publicly. I have known Ellen for years and I can honestly say that she’s one of the dopest people on the fucking planet. She has treated my family and my team with love and respect from day 1. The internet has become a crazy world of negativity....we are falling in love with peoples down fall. It’s honestly sad...When did we get here? I stand by the ones that I know and that I love. Looking forward to the future where we get back to loving one another....this hate shit has to stop. Hopefully it goes out of style soon....This post is not meant to disregard the feelings of others and their experiences....It’s simply to show what my experiences have been with my friend. Love you for life Ellen...”

Fans were quick to scold Kevin commenting, “What about the people coming forward against Ellen that AREN’T A-list celebrities with money and status?”

Another pointed out, “Just because she was nice to you and yours don’t mean it was like that for everyone.”

Kevin decided to post ANOTHER video defending his defense of Ellen. He captioned the post, “What a time we are living in.... ??‍♂‍??‍♂‍??‍♂‍??‍♂‍I love to love.... Hurry up & get here 2021....this year is fucking ASS...throw this shit in the can.”

In the video, Kevin tries to argue that social media is getting out of hand. He said he is confused about the reaction he received for defending Ellen. Kevin said “people are now programs. I’m praying for a better place.”

Kevin doesn’t seem to understand the reasoning behind the criticism he is receiving from friends and fans. One person commented, “Support the people speaking out against her toxic work environment.”

Another said, “Holding people accountable is not hate. That’s that on that ?”

“Bro there is an investigation going on right now about the situation! The world love Ellen but we don’t know what she does behind the scene . You should have just waited and see,” wrote a follower.

“Ellen doesn't levitate above the rest of us. She should be help accountable for her sins,” said another.
