The actress took to her Instagram page to post some pictures alongside a heartfelt caption to her beau. The carousel featured images of the former "Lizzie McGuire" star and the singer-songwriter holding hands as they walked down the aisle after their wedding ceremony, to the delight of their guests.
The following slide showed the couple in a mirror selfie dressed casually as the musician held her tiny bump, while a swipe to the left was a black and white picture of a delighted Duff receiving a kiss from him.
The couple showed their nature-loving side as they posed beside a herd of Alpacas, with the 35-year-old carrying their baby in a sling as she looked up at Koma happily. The next image displayed the small family lying in the sun as they cuddled together with two of their kids.
Forever a fun-loving pair, they took a selfie enjoying themselves outdoors and smiling goofily in the car with one of their children strapped safely in the car seat. The next was an older throwback when the "A Cinderella Story" star wore green colored hair, and the DJ wore earrings.
The clip she added was of the soon-to-be parents at the time holding a baby gender-revealing ceremony as they burst open two cannons that sprayed pink confetti, showing that they were expecting a girl child.
The final slide was heartwarming, as the family of five looked excited in the family portrait taken near the ocean at the beach. In her caption, the "According to Greta" actress gushed:
"Matthew. I love you so much. Happy 3 years! I don’t know if you knew what you were getting into or that you weren’t going to sleep or sit down for the next 5-10 years but I think for the most part you’re pretty happy about it. Our life is so full and I’m over the top grateful for the guy that I got to do all this madness with."
Fans would recall that the lovebirds met during a collaboration on her 2015 album, "Breathe In. Breathe Out," and became friends immediately. As per PEOPLE, there was no instant spark till they were romantically linked in 2017.
By the third time, the "New York Times Best-selling" author stated that they realized they could not stay apart for too long and decided to stay together. The former teen idol, who already shared a son Luca with her ex-husband Mike Comrie, welcomed her first daughter Banks Violet in 2018 with the Long Island native.
Despite not feeling the need to remarry, they officially tied the knot a year later. During the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, their lovely family grew in size with the addition of a second baby girl Mae James who was born in 2021.

Duff gushed about her sweetheart's dedication to their family after a trip to a pumpkin patch for the Halloween holiday. The Blast shared that they embarked on a fun outing with their kids and friends.
In the slew of images she posted, they took turns carrying Mae, who had a big blue hat to protect her face from the sun rays in a baby sling. The following pictures showed Duff and Koma posing with their kids on a stack of bales while their 2-year-old sporting adorable pigtails seemed to be having the time of her life running around the pumpkins that filled the field.
The 9-year-old chose to be cooler by staying by his mother's side as he shared a selfie with her, sporting a cute smile. The day must have gone well as the "Cadet Kelly" actress thanked her husband for supporting her and taking on more parenting responsibilities since she started a new acting role.
She added, "I love you, babe. When the days seem impossible to get through, I'm glad to be trudging with you. Thanks for providing all the laughs along the way." The "War, Inc." star finished by appreciating for being excited about her new show and saying he was "pretty dorky, but I think I'm gunna keep you if you'll have me."
