Ambyr Childers Restraining Order Against Randall Emmett Dropped, No 'Legitimate Fear' Found

Ambyr Childers felt extremely threatened a few months back and filed for a restraining order against her estranged ex-husband Randall Emmett; unfortunately, it was dropped.

The ex-wife of the disgraced film producer has just suffered another blow when it comes to her fight against Emmett. She filed an emergency domestic violence restraining order against her former husband claiming that the “threatening” correspondence between Emmett and his lawyer, Ben Valencia, left her in “legitimate fear for safety and well-being” of herself.

Childers is referring to an email that was leaked between Emmett and Valencia where the lawyer ripped her a new one and even insulted Randall, 51 in the process. “When will you get some real money together so we can take this c–t out once and for all. This is not good for your girls,” claims the email.

While the You Actress has every right to feel some kind of way about the comment, a judge has ruled that it wasn’t threatening and since it falls under “confidential attorney-client communication” and was sent “inadvertently” to Childers, the email is deemed “inadmissible.”

This is the second time that the restraining order was denied, back in October soon after the order was first filed it was denied due to lack of proof and again, the same thing but official in real paper work that Childer’s can’t unsee.

Emmett shared his thoughts on the win via via lawyer on Wednesday. “My priority always has been and will continue to be my children,” who shares two daughters with Childers a 12-year-old and a 9-year-old.

The couple separated in 2015 after almost seven years of marriage. Their divorce became official in 2017 and Emmett moved on to reality star Lala Kent.

Kent and Emmett are embroiled in their own drama since the two broke up in October 2021. She has accused him of being abusive and wants nothing more than for him to be a father to the daughter they share, Ocean.

Kent shared on Watch What Happens Live that she and Emmett are “parallel co-parenting”.  She claims they are communicating “only as much as it takes to successfully co-parent”. Over all, Kent wants to be done with Emmett.

“I’m trying to move to zero contact,” she confessed to host Andy Cohen “We’ll see how that goes.” She also shared that they utilize Family Wizard, a “method of co-parenting in which each parent has their own parenting approach when the children are with them.”

Kent was open about the crappy relationship she had with Emmett near the end. Photos of him in Nashville partying with random, young women sparked Kent to warn her fans “there will be a day where the truth will come to the light,” regarding Emmett and his less-than-savory behavior.

Whereas Rand appeared on Golnesa “GG” Gharachedaghi’s podcast, “Genuinely GG,” where he say ty both are at fault. “I’ve made mistakes, she’s made mistakes, but I’m never going to bring that to light because that’s just not right,” he insists.

“For me, I just don’t feel it’s appropriate. I can’t tell her what to do. She’s a strong woman, and I just hope that in time that kind of all mellows out.”
