Kaley Cuoco's Sister Bri Flaunts Slamming Workout Body After Blasting FDA Nutrition Guidelines

Kaley Cuoco's little sister Briana just gave Instagram a giant piece of her mind – the 31-year-old is no fan of the FDA's nutrition guidelines. Bri, who runs her Cult LA athleisurewear line and is a workout queen, updated her stories on Tuesday morning at 7.10 a.m. for a ramble that turned into a giant rant.

Briana, fresh from a storm as fans blasted the $186 price tag on her Cult LA leggings, was herself out to blast something. She called the FDA's nutrition guidelines "bullsh-it," then dishing out advice, plus her own killer workout body.

Scroll for more photos of Bri and the full story. The "Harley Quinn" star, also set to feature in Kaley's upcoming HBO Max series "The Flight Attendant" kicked off in selfie mode and from her bedroom. She addressed what a mess 2020 has been, then swiftly moving onto fitness and nutrition.

"I'm doing this certification thing right now," Bri said, adding: "And...I'm on the part about nutrition. You guys, it's just the biggest load of sh-it. I just wanna say, anything that the FDA says you should be eating or...just don't. Just don't."

Briana, who has been in quarantine with 34-year-old Kaley and her husband Karl Cook – he grows his own vegetables – continued:

"Eat real foods. That's also gonna help our nervous system and our bodies to function during all this stress and turmoil...Don't eat processed sh-t. And exercise."

Bri has been putting her money where her mouth is. July saw her join "Big Bang Theory" star Kaley for energetic workouts with Kaley's trainer – Bri herself then followed her stories up with a workout at 8.44 a.m. And she's got the body.

July 15 marked Kaley and Briana appearing jointly on Kaley's Instagram, followed by 6.1 million. The sun-drenched workout snap came captioned:

"Me and my sister @bricuoco rockin her incredibly functional , comfortable , and flattering workout line @cultla ... if you are workout fanatics like us, or want to live in a cute yoga pant, you MUST order these leggings!!! The material is absolute perfection!! Do it!! ?????? ( ? @gatlin_didier )."

As The Blast reported, fans slammed Cult LA's prices, also complaining that sizes aren't inclusive enough. Briana replied.

A fan had replied: "Cute stuff but for $186, I would hope for more inclusive sizing."

Briana explained that her brand is a tiny start-up and that she doesn't yet have the budget to expand to broader size ranges. She also defended the price tag on account of her merch being produced in the US, but the vibe was apologetic as the star seemingly wanted to best cater to her customers. Elsewhere, Bri has been popping up on sister Kaley's popular "A Cup of Cuoco" Instagram series.
