Teyana Taylor Is In A 'Big Mood' Over 'Black Child' Baby Shower On Instagram

Singer, songwriter, choreographer, actress, and model Teyana Taylor just had a baby shower and she is in a self-professed "big mood" for it.

Married to NBA player Iman Shumpert since 2016, Teyana already has a baby girl, delivered by Shumpert himself in 2015 when Teyana went into early labor.

In June this year, Teyana announced her second pregnancy in her music video of her 2020 hit single "Wake Up Love". And now, this baby shower of hers has got her thinking some big and serious thoughts that she shared with her 10.9 million fans on Instagram.

A couple of weeks back, Teyana shared a pretty pic of her wearing a red shirt that showed off a little bit of her pregnant belly and a lot of her sexy cleavage as she wore a black bra beneath.

Fans were more than happy to view the little gif more than two million times, and wrote in comments that showed how much they loved her.

One comment read, "Teyana Meshay Jacqueli Taylor Shumpert... I F***ING ADORE YOU !!!!!!!!!!!"

For her baby shower though, Teyana seemed to have channeled her inner "Nigerian policeman", dressed in an all-black ensemble of black pants, a black tee exposing her big belly, a black jacket, and beret with black sunglasses and a big, black gun.

Wrote Teyana, "BIG MOOD: How im pullin up to my baby shower knowing that I will soon bring another black child into this world... With heavy thoughts on my mind that #breonnataylor murderers still hasn’t been arrested!!!! Still no justice for the countless black lives lost.....so if it ain’t gone be no justice it ain’t no f***ing peace."

Fans hailed Teyana for her forthrightness, commenting, "Man this is why I love you ❤️??❤️ talk that talk ❤️"

Another wrote, "Wow! ✊?✊?✊?✊?✊????????????and thank you for still applying pressure while the world is slowly getting quiet on our struggle!"

Teyana wrote on, "If violence is wrong in America, violence is wrong abroad. If it is wrong to be violent defending black women and black children and black babies and black men, then it is wrong for America to draft us and make us violent abroad in defense of her..."

Of course, it's not like Teyana is always dark and broody and needs to carry guns because she feels unsafe.

She posted a gorgeous family pic in June with this hilarious caption, "Dear Iman, I hate your stinking guts. You make me vomit. You’re the scum between my toes. I wouldn’t trade yo ass for the world tho. You are the love of my life, and the greatest gift a wife & daughter could have ever been gifted with, and when our next girl arrives; she will feel just as lucky as we do..."

Hopefully this time, Teyana will get to birth her baby in the hospital.
