Justin Bieber's manager, Scooter Braun, is defending Ellen DeGeneres after a landslide of reports the talk show hosts work environment is toxic, abusive, and in some cases involved sexual misconduct.
In a response to allegations of the hostile production environment, Scooter defended Ellen, calling her a "kind, thoughtful, courageous human being."
Scooter, who manages JB and Ariana Grande, has worked with DeGeneres over the years after several of his clients made appearances on the show.
“People love to take shots. They love to see people fall. How quickly so many forget. How easy it is to stay quiet when it doesn’t effect [sic] them,” he tweeted.
He continued, "[Ellen DeGeneres] is a kind, thoughtful, courageous human being who stands for what is right and highlights on her show the best of us.”
Scooter highlighted Ellen's work for the LGBTQ community, saying, “She has helped change the views for equality all around the country and the world. She doesn’t do what is popular she does what is right. Her story shows us that."
He added, "Today I’m sending love to her. I know first hand how much she helps others both when we are all watching and when we are not. @theellenshow thank you for all you do and keep your head held high.”

Scooter's defense of Ellen came on the heels of several A-list celebrities including Brad Garrett and Lea Thompson going public about the host's mistreatment of others.
"Sorry but it comes from the top @TheEllenShow," the 'Everybody Loves Raymond' star tweeted while tagging DeGeneres. Adding, "Know more than one who were treated horribly by her. Common knowledge."
Lea Thompson agreed with the 'common knowledge' comment and added, "True story. It is."
According to reports, dozens of former and current 'Ellen' employees have come forward describing the terrible work environment including a few who anonymously alleged sexual misconduct and harassment involving top producers at the show.

The talk show host apologized late last week and claimed she was 'disappointed' in the allegations and that the show wasn't a 'place of happiness' she sought to create while launching the show.
"I am so proud of the work we do and the fun and joy we all help put out in the world. I want everyone at home to love our show and I want everyone who makes it to love working on it," she wrote in an internal memo to the staff.
She continued, "Again, I’m so sorry to anyone who didn’t have that experience. If not for COVID, I’d have done this in person, and I can’t wait to be back on our stage and see you all then. Stay safe and healthy. Love, Ellen."
WarnerBros. launched an investigation into the allegations of abuse, and admitted they are "disappointed that the primary findings of the investigation indicated some deficiencies related to the show’s day-to-day management."
