Britney Spears Deemed Worrisome In Floral Crop Top While Requesting Beauty Tips

Britney Spears' Instagram took under an hour today to generate widespread worry. The 38-year-old pop icon, once cause for concern as fans probed her mental health, now sees a greater worry – fears that she's somehow being controlled. Britney remains under the 2008-commenced conservatorship that sees dad Jamie Spears controlling her finances and many other aspects of her life.

If you aren't up-to-date, 2020 has brought the "Toxic" singer in a series of repetitive Instagram updates, often in front of a plain wall. Today was no different, with Britney's 25.9 million followers once again wondering about the singer's safety.

Scroll for the video. It showed Britney in the floral crop top that's been seen many times on her feed this summer. Similar positioning as Spears was shot against a white backdrop and in the same look appeared on July 13, and before that on July 8.

The video offered no speech. Merely, the blonde beauty smiling into the camera with Italian music playing. A caption opened with Spears saying she has a lot more "time" on "our hands." It then dove right into beauty.

Britney continued: "I’m just not sure what facial product to use considering there are so damn many !!!!! My face gets really dry and I need to keep it hydrated ???!!!! I really miss my oxygen facials I used to get …"

Britney, who this week shared a rose soap bathtime moment, plus a video of herself jokingly poking boyfriend Sam Asghari while he snoozed, continued to talk about "balance," also mentioning she was trying to "figure out" her skin type, plus establishing whether she should do the whole face thing in the morning or at night.

Concern over repetitive posts from the singer began earlier this year with 12+ similar shots against a red wall. That wall then turned white as months passed, with late July bringing in yellow. The looks have, however, remained similar overall, and it's getting fans worried. Britney is reported to not have an email address or be able to vote as part of the legal control over her.

"And again the same video and photo.. shes not okay!" a fan wrote. Over 1,700 likes were left in an hour.

A likewise popular comment read: "These videos are all taken a long time ago and they post it on random days... i really hope she's okay now!!! ?"

The thought proved echoed by many – "Same look again?," one fan wrote.

Britney has steadily been delivering videos. They do offer communication, with July bringing Spears Q&A style as she revealed chili dogs to be her favorite food and "Frozen" to be her favorite Disney movie. A rare clap-back also saw Britney herself "authentic" as she appeared to shut down rumors.

For fans, including celebrities such as "Orange Is The New Black" star Ruby Rose, however, Britney is avoiding the most-asked question. Namely, is she okay. The singer did not appear for her July 22 court date, with "technical issues" cited for her absence.
