50 Cent and his son, Marquis Jackson, haven't had a good relationship at all over the years. They've bashed each other on social media as their relationship as father and son don't seem to be repairable at this point. Recently on Instagram Live, Jackson mentioned how 50 isn't in his top five rappers list anymore. Instead, he added Pop Smoke, the late Brooklyn rapper who's posthumous debut album 'Shoot For The Stars, Aim For The Moon,' was released this month and executive produced by 50 and was featured on "The Woo" single which also had Roddy Ricch on it.

"I told n*ggas I was replacing 50 in my top five for Pop Smoke," said Jackson. "He had both. He could do what 50 do, he sounds like him, and he has melody.
Social media found this to be hilarious while others thought Jackson just continues to disrespect his father. Some users didn't think Jackson was lying at all though as Smoke shows similarities to 50 when it comes to music.
"At this point he would even say vanilla ice is better than 50....,"said one user on Instagram.
50 cent loves his son dearly im sure of it.

Jackson's claims about 50 and Pop continue be valid as on Smoke's "Got It On Me" record, the sounds were similar. On this record, Smoke also sampled 50's classic 2003 "Many Men" song.
Smoke's Shoot For The Stars Aim For The Moon album also did very well commercially. It debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart as it moved 248,000 copies in its first week. It was led by the single "Make It Rain" featuring incarcerated rapper, Rowdy Rebel.

50 Cent is known for controversy on Instagram all the time, though. Recently, he posted a meme making fun of Megan Thee Stallion getting shot in the feet two weeks ago. Her head was on Ricky's body, the character from the 'Boyz n the Hood' movie back in the 1990s who was shot by someone in his neighborhood. Tory Lanez's head was on the shooters' body as he is still suspected of being the shooter of Megan that night in Hollywood Hills.

Nonetheless, 50 Cent did a great job of promoting Smoke's Shoot For The Stars Aim For The Moon album. He initially said he would get Roddy Ricch on the album, who is one of the biggest stars in the game and that did happen. The project included other features from Quavo, Tyga, Future, Lil Baby, DaBaby, and more. Yesterday, the "For The Night" record feat. Lil Baby and DaBaby was certified gold by the RIAA in the US as well.
