Angela Simmons Hangs Upside-Down With Legs Spread In Yoga Swing Stretch On Instagram

Angela Simmons is back in her yoga swing – and this is worth a look. The 32-year-old reality star who comes with "Built Not Bought" as her hashtag has been steadily reminding Instagram that she's both a muscle machine and a veritable rubber band of late. Angela may have had rapper Bow Bow saying her backside set off his house alarm earlier this year, but the "Growing Up Hip-Hop" star can hold her own.

Apparently, from a yoga swing, upside down, and doing the splits. Check it out below.

Scroll for the video that came as both a power boxing workout and a very flexible stretching session. Angela, who bravely revealed her body-image insecurities back in April as she admitted not having a "6 pack" was showing one mighty-strong body here – she kicked off boxing outdoors with her trainer at 5.30 a.m., then showing off her indoor stretch session.

The swing has been seen before on Angela's Instagram, followed by 6.7 million. Likewise, the skintight spandex being worn as the mom to 2016-born Sutton spread her legs into the splits while hanging upside-down and supported by the swing.

Angela, who recently kicked off her Simmons Beauty brand and delivered a stunning yoga session by The Brooklyn Bridge, seemed to have her fans floored – Angela's followers are massively into the no BS vibe that dominates her feed.

Comments were more about the intense workout than the Christina Aguilera music playing in the background. The post had come captioned: "Boxing ? n Stretching ✅

Call time : 5:30 am #aerialyogaswing @boxwithsimmy."

"That’s too early in the morning for me ?," one fan wrote. Another, meanwhile, said it all via the emoji –

Angela launched her Purpose App in 2019. The app connects women from all walks of life through empowerment, with the VH1 star using her #BuiltNotBought to promote both the tech and her own mindset. The latter, meanwhile, was shared candidly in late April via a bare-faced, mismatched bikini photo, with the Fashion Nova partner writing:

Instagram updates from Angela have been pretty great through COVID. July has seen Angela flexing her European streak as she modeled ripped jeans by a little Italian car. The designer vibe was then massively upped five days ago as the star posed in skintight shorts and with a gold Louis Vuitton bag while at a Kroger gas station.
