"Of course, I'm spending time with my parents over the phone because I also have shared custody [with my ex-husband William Campbell]. So I don't have the luxury of being able to just pick up and go to Nashville and be there until January,” she admitted. “But my parents are definitely dedicating their time in therapy and their biblical studies as well as with their children."

She noted that the rest of the Chrisley family is “adjusting to what is now our new normal.”

People Magazine provided documents filed by the US Marshal’s Office stating that the couple was expected in Florida to begin their time behind bars on Tuesday, January 17, 2023.

According to the prison’s website, both correctional facilities are “medium security federal correctional institutions with an adjacent minimum security satellite camp.” They are only 144 miles (around two and a half hours) from each other.

Peter Tarantino, the couple’s former accountant, was also included in the sentencing; however, he will report to prison Monday, May 1, 2023, to carry out his three-year sentence.

Despite being found guilty and their sentencing, Todd and Julie have maintained their innocence.

They also revealed that they intend to appeal the sentencing for a more favorable outcome. After appearing in court and receiving their sentencing in November, Alex Little of Burr & Forman LLP, their lawyer, spoke to People Magazine.
