Blac Chyna believes Rob Kardashian and the Kardashians screwed with her business after they spread alleged lies about her.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Blac is back in court in the legal battle with her baby daddy and his family.
Chyna is suing Rob along with Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, and Kylie Jenner. She accuses the family members of conspiring to get her reality show “Rob & Chyna” canceled. In the lawsuit, Chyna says the Kardashians spread lies about her in an effort to convince producers to ax it.
The Kardashians have denied all allegations of wrongdoing and are demanding the case be thrown out. They say the show was canceled because Rob & Chyna were having relationship issues. Rob & his family have been fighting Chyna’s claim she lost money.
In newly filed documents, Chyna is asking the court to unseal documents filed by Mac Cosmetics. She believes the information in the documents will prove her point that the Kardashians caused her business harm.
Chyna says she was a social media influencer for MAC Cosmetics prior to the breakup with Rob. MAC recently filed documents in the case but asked for it to be sealed from the public. Chyna is fighting their request to seal it.
She argues “The amount paid by MAC Cosmetics to Chyna for each social media post Network/NBCUniversal provides a critical “data point” for this Court to determine that Chyna was damaged by Defendants’ tortious conduct. Simply put, corroborates Chyna’s sworn testimony that she made far more money for her social media posts prior to Defendants’ tortious conduct than she made afterwards.”
Chyna adds, “As MAC Cosmetics admits, every contract negotiation with celebrity influencers is unique. Competent representatives who negotiate on behalf of their celebrity influencer clients will not use pre-pandemic information from four years ago to negotiate deals with MAC Cosmetics.”
The judge has yet to rule on Chyna’s motion.
