Britney Spears may have given fans a clue about who is running her IG account after the star posted an up-close-and-personal video of her nightly bubble bath. The “Womanizer” star took to Instagram on Tuesday night and released a sultry POV video of herself in the tub while grasping what appeared to be a delicate flower amid the soapy water.
“See how beautiful it is,” Britney told her fans while holding up a tiny pink rose.
Britney has an obsession with flowers and regularly shares some of her special floral finds on social media.
After holding up the flower to the camera, Britney revealed that, “It’s just soap,” before smashing the flower and dipping it into the water resulting in a pink soapy blob. Britney mashed the soap between her fingers to create an audible squishing noise and was giving off some serious ASMR vibes other fans.
The Britney Army was loving her video, praising with the star that she’s the “Queen of Suds,” and also the “QUEEN OF THE DISSOLVING PROCESS!”
Sometimes Britney’s fans get very literal with their nicknames.
The video by Britney is interesting, as it comes amid accusations that she’s not actually in charge of her social media account. Many of those involved in the #FreeBritney movement have been calling out Britney’s dad, among other conservators, for allegedly posing as the Pop Princess on social media. Most recently, a post from Britney’s account preaching to fans about “faith” was accused of being a complete decoy.
“Miracles happen when you dream TOGETHER …. so it’s very hard being told we all have to isolate !!!! I’m working on my faith and I pray every day !!!! Hope you guys are taking this time to know yourselves a little bit better ….. GOD BLESS YOU ALL !!!!” the suspect message read.
Britney gets heat from the public from time-to-time over her social media posts, but she doesn’t care and took to Instagram recently to set the record straight, possibly, about what she chooses to share on Instagram.
“I get how some people might not like my posts or even understand them, but this is Me being happy ….. this is Me being authentic and as real as it gets !!!!! I want to inspire people to do the same and just be themselves without pleasing others ….. that’s the key to happiness.”
Many called into question whether she had written the response herself.
