'She's All That' star Rachael Leigh Cook has filed to shared joint custody of her two children after her husband filed for divorce from the access earlier this month.
According to new legal documents, obtained by The Blast, Cook is asking an L.A. County judge to order her husband, Daniel Gillies, to split joint custody of the estranged couple's two young kids.
In the filing, the 'She's All That' star does not say which of the parents will be paying the other in child support, but says they will be working out their finances in 'mediation.'

We broke the story, Gillies filed for divorce from Cook on July 10, 2020 -- and the couple separating a year earlier.
It appears the couple does not have a prenuptial agreement -- after Cook mentioned working out spousal support, and the couple's property split, in mediation.
The couple, who were married in 2004, shared two children 5-year-old daughter Charlotte, and a 4-year-old son Theodore.
The actress addressed the couple's split on social media, saying, "With deep gratitude for every year we have spent together and the thousands of beautiful memories shared, we have mutually decided to separate as a couple."
She continued, "This decision isn't one we have come to easily or lightly. We love and respect each other as parents, people and artists and look forward to maintaining the best parts of our relationship for many years to come."
The divorce seems to be amicable and if the couple does work things out in mediation, much of the details will remain private.
The 'Vampire Diaries' star spoke very highly of his famous wife over the years, telling ET in 2017, "This is going to sound like the creepiest thing of all time, but when I was first married her… I remember just watching her sleep and thinking that is the most beautiful person and I would just watch her for a while," he recalled.
