The carousel of images showed the trio having a good time during their holiday and connecting more as a family.
One of the images shows Bündchen and her two children playing on what appears to be a playground-like structure, while a few other shots captured them hanging out by the pool and spending time at the beach.
The 42-year-old supermodel also shared photos of some delicious meals they enjoyed while traveling, as well as a picture of her giving Vivian a warm hug.

She captioned the holiday post, "Recharging with my little ones in the country of my [heart]."
The Supermodel Was Spotted In Costa Rica
Bündchen's trip comes after she experienced an emotionally difficult year, capped by the finalization of her divorce from her football pro husband, Brady.
The pair legally parted way in late October, after which Bündchen embarked on a trip to Costa Rica whit her two kids, possibly to distract herself from the emotional pain of the breakup.
Their trip took them to Costa Rica's coastal region named Provincia de Puntarenas. Bündchen and her kids also visited the Central American country alongside her jiu-jitsu instructor, Joaquim Valente, as well as other kids and adults, including one of the children's teachers.
At the time, there were rumors that Valente and Bündchen were dating, but it's been confirmed that the trainer is Gisele's kids' martial arts teacher.
"He and his two brothers are Gisele and the kids' martial arts teachers," the source said, per People, before asserting they were "not dating."
