There was another bizarre twist in this week's Kanye West saga when the rapper was caught on camera making a visit to the emergency room in Wyoming where he's been living. Photographers snapped pics of him entering the hospital on Saturday afternoon for unknown reasons. According to TMZ, he was only in the ER for about 10 minutes before leaving and heading back to his ranch.

Several minutes later, TMZ reports that an ambulance rushed to West's home and paramedics ran inside. Shortly after that, West reportedly sped off on his ATV and never went into the ambulance.

It's just the latest in a series of strange incidents involving West over the past week. It all started on Sunday with his presidential campaign rally in South Carolina. During the event, he made a series of troubling comments including claiming that he and wife Kim Kardashian considered having an abortion when she was pregnant with their first daughter, North.

Kardashian was reportedly very upset by West's comments and there has been much speculation that the couple could be headed for a divorice.

On Saturday, shortly before the hospital visit, West tweeted an apology to Kardashian.

"I would like to apologize to my wife Kim for going public with something that was a private matter," West wrote. "I did not cover her like she has covered me. To Kim, I want to say I know I hurt you. Please forgive me. Thank you for always being there for me."

On Monday, West went on a since-deleted Twitter rant during which he said he'd been trying to get divorced from Kardashian since 2018.

A source told PEOPLE that they both feel that the marriage is over.

"There has been enough communication, both in the past few days and in the weeks prior, to establish that both sides feel the marriage is over," the source said.

The source went on to say that the divorce has been a "long time coming," and the two "were even attempting to figure out the most amicable and loving co-parenting situation."

"But now Kanye has, well, he has gone down a different path," the source continued. "Both in terms of deciding to announce his presidential bid, and also in terms of how he is choosing to express himself and the things he is choosing to say."

The source explained the the top priority for Kardashian during any divorce discussions is their four children -- daughters North, 7, and Chicago, 2, and sons Saint, 4, and Psalm, 14 months.
