Megan Thee Stallion was recently in a shooting incident with her friend, and fellow music artist Tory Lanez. The 25-year-old “Savage” singer didn’t mince words as she told off Draya Michele who made insensitive comments on the “Wine & Weed” podcast.
During the interview, the “Basketball Wives” star essentially made Stallion’s life-threatening situation appear like nothing more than lovers’ drama. Her own co-hosts were shocked by her comments, and the podcast episode has gone majorly viral.
But that is just the tip of the iceberg!

In one of Megan’s latest Instagram posts, she had emotional words to share when word reached her about how people were making jokes about her latest incident:
“Black women are so unprotected & we hold so many things in to protect the feelings of others w/o considering our own. It might be funny to y’all on the internet and just another messy topic for you to talk about but this is my real life and I’m real life hurt and traumatized.”
And fuck all the hoe ass niggas making jokes about it too🖕🏾 I’ll talk about shit when I get ready

Although her first post seemed rather heartfelt and more vulnerable, Stallion posted a follow up Tweet about an hour ago (at the time of this article) making it clear that she’s still the “Savage” Meg everyone has come to love.
Already fans have begun rallying to support Megan after such a traumatizing event. Some have used her comments out of context, so it’s best that you just read the original. (If it wasn’t already clear, she uses some rather colorful language)

So you may be wondering what could possibly provoke such an outraged update from Meg… well Draya’s commentary basically speaks for itself, and already the internet is trolling her for it:
“I want you to like me so much that if I’m trying to get out the car and you’re like, ‘No, sit your fcking a in the car, and I’m like, ‘No, n*a, I’m not fcking getting out the car.’ ‘No, you’re not!’ Bow, bow!”
Yep, Draya basically said that she views the event as romantic.

It should be noted that even before Megan wrote that scathing post (utilizing some strong language in the process) Draya had actually apologized to the public:
“I truly don’t glorify domestic violence… I was trying to say just love me deeply. But while trying to be funny, I offended many, including meg. And I’m sorry.”
So far, this month has been filled with numerous controversies. From Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith’s emotional “entanglement” revelations to Scott Disick and Sofia Richie being the center of relationship debate, there’s no shortage of juicy stories these days!
