Britney Spears Conservatorship: #FreeBritney Protestors to Be Barred From Entering Courthouse

Britney Spears is set for a big day on Wednesday as her conservatorship case will once again be heard before the court, and although some of the pop star's biggest supporters plan to be there in full force, they'll have to keep their distance outside of the courthouse. The 39-year-old star is scheduled to appear remotely in her conservatorship case, which is set to focus on everything in her conservatorship; from status updates on Britney's finances and medical care, to her personal life and psychological outlook.
As with many of Britney's court hearings, the die-hard grassroots movement dedicated to ending her conservatorship, #FreeBritney, plans on attending and showing support for the star, although the parties won't actually be attending.
As we reported, a call to action went out to the #FreeBritney movement through social media:
"The law is corrupt and so are the middle-aged men who are ruining a thriving, successful woman’s life. Britney has a court hearing coming up on July 22nd." the message stated while assembling protestors to arrive outside the courthouse in downtown Los Angeles.
In the past, some of the main #FreeBritney warriors have attended Britney's hearings, as the courthouse is usually open to the public to at least make it inside to witness some of the action going down. Unfortunately, COVID-19 has changed everything, and now the courthouse is only allowing essential people inside during operating hours. According to the court's website:
"Access to proceedings shall be limited to the judicial officer presiding, Court personnel, parties, counsel, witnesses and those members of the public (including news reporters/media representatives) who can be accommodated in the designated courtroom while enforcing social distancing."
We're told court officials are well aware of the #FreeBritney movement, and have not had any issues in the past with peaceful demonstrations done outside the courthouse. However, we're told the protestors will not be allowed inside the courthouse, as it has been determined they have no official business.
Not being allowed inside the courthosue shouldn't stop the die-hard supporters from showing up and demonstrating their love for Britney. It could be a big day for the star, who has reportedly asked to be given more freedom from her constricting conservatorship. As we reported, Britney's mother, Lynne Spears, recently asked to be more involved as well, which many believe could be beneficial for the star, as many of the big decisions are made by her father, Jamie Spears.
