Tamar Braxton‘s fans are praying that people show Kanye West as much compassion as they showed her over the last several days amid her hospitalization. The 43-year-old is in stable condition and on the road to recovery after a possible suicide attempt. The “Braxton Family Values” star was rushed to the hospital on Thursday evening and prayers immediately poured in with many expressing concern over her mental state.
On Monday, July 20, Kanye West appeared to have a mental breakdown when he took to Twitter to slam his wife, Kim Kardashian, and mother-in-law, Kris Jenner, claiming they were trying to “lock him up.”
Unlike Tamar Braxton, fans were not supportive on social media with several users poking fun at Kanye West’s mental health and even giving Kim Kardashian the green light to end their six-year marriage.
PrayForKanye immediately began trending on Twitter but several people who used the hashtag abused the rapper, taking jabs at him over the breakdown. Now, Tamar Braxton’s fans are pleading with trolls to give Kanye West as much “compassion” as they showed the singer as it appears the two are both struggling with their own inner demons.
“Please treat #kanyewest with just as much compassion as #TamarBraxton ,” one person tweeted. “Pray for @TamarBraxton and @kanyewest these are trying times for everyone imagine going thru what you’re going thru right now in the public eye,” added another.
Some even included Nick Cannon and Will Smith in on the conversation. As The Blast reported, Nick Cannon admitted he recently had suicidal thoughts after facing backlash from anti-Semitic comments he made about the Jewish community. As for Will Smith, he got ripped apart after appearing alongside his wife, Jada Pinkett Smith, who admitted on camera to an “entanglement” with August Alsina.

“Will and Jada, Tamar Braxton, Nick Cannon, Kanye West……?? and therapy…..just like us non-celebrities need it. We all are flawed human beings,” someone else shared on social media.
“It saddens me to see how quick our community is to abandon their own ppl or have such a critical eye without proper context. That shit is so weak. @NickCannon @kanyewest @TamarBraxtonHer we love y’all. Make sure y’all love on the ppl you know personally screaming out for help,” posted another user.
Hours after his Twitter tirade, Kanye West was all smiles in a video alongside his friend Dave Chappelle.
