Coroner’s Office Report Closed

According to the coroner’s office report, which is now closed, the autopsy on Stephen ‘tWitch’ Boss has been completed, though an autopsy report won’t be released for another few weeks, and the cause of death was a gunshot wound to the head, by suicide.
The place of death was at an L.A. hotel. He was 40 years young.
The completed coroner’s office report confirms what reports were stating this morning, where ‘tWitch”s wife Allison Holker ran frantically into an LAPD station Tuesday, informing them her husband had left home without his car, which is something that was out of character. Shortly after, police responded to a call at an L.A. hotel, where they found Stephen ‘tWitch’ Boss dead from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound.
Stephen ‘tWitch’ Boss Checks Into Motel

According to sources, Stephen ‘tWitch’ Boss checked into a motel, located less than one mile from his L.A. home, on Monday morning.
Hotel staffers claim the beloved DJ and dancer did not appear to be in any sort of distress and was not visibly upset, per TMZ. The 40-year-old star had one small bag with him and had booked the room for one night.
On Tuesday, ‘tWitch’ missed checkout, and that is when hotel staffers went to check on him and found him dead in his hotel room. The motel staff did not hear a gunshot wound during his stay, but due to the way the motel is laid out, that does not come as a surprise.

Shortly after the news broke, Allison Holker Boss, tWitch’s wife of nine years, released the following statement.
“It is with the heaviest of hearts that I have to share my husband Stephen has left us. Stephen lit up every room he stepped into. He valued family, friends and community above all else and leading with love and light was everything to him. To say he left a legacy would be an understatement, and his positive impact will continue to be felt. I am certain there won’t be a day that goes by that we won’t honor his memory. We ask for privacy during this difficult time for myself and especially for our three children.”
The dancer then shared a message for her husband, “Stephen, we love you, we miss you, and I will always save the last dance for you.”
