Tamar Braxton Receives Prayers From SZA After Possible Suicide Attempt

Tamar Braxton continues to receive an outpour of love from her friends and fan including singer SZA who is praying for her to make it through this hard time.

SZA wrote a message on Twitter after the news broke of Tamar being hospitalized after being found unresponsive by her boyfriend. She wrote, “REALLY PRAYING FOR TAMAR WOW . ???????”

Tamar’s friend, NeNe Leakes, said she spoke to the reality star the day before the incident. She wrote on Instagram, “When you are a strong person, you manage stress differently! People tend to judge the outside Strength on the inside abilities to cop! A lot of strong people cry in the dark and hurt alone."

She added, "I talk to Tamar often! Spoke to her yesterday and tried to pull her thru this moment. Spoke to her and David today! I say that to say this...check on your strong friends! Try not to judge so much! know that there are people being treated wrong for real and It’s really painful. I know Tamar is gonna get thru this but please pray for her strength ??”

Mariah Carey even wrote a message to Tamar sending her prayers during the hard time.

“RHOA” star Porsha Williams wrote on social media, “ou are so powerful!! You will make it through this in the name of Jesus ! I pray for your protection, strength and health! Love you please know there is no Judgement only open arms and understanding ❤️?? Let’s all pray for @tamarbraxton.”

As The Blast first reported, Tamar is currently in stable condition but is under 24-hour watch. She is surrounded by her close family and friends at a Downtown LA hospital.

Her boyfriend David found Tamar “unresponsive” inside their apartment at the Ritz Carlton Residences in Downtown Los Angeles. He told the dispatcher he believed Tamar had been drinking and had taken an unknown amount of prescription pills. He believed she might have been trying to kill herself with the combination.

Sources say ambulances rushed to the hotel and transported Tamar to California Hospital in Downtown. LAPD confirmed to The Blast, they received a call around 9:45 P.M. in regard to a 43-year-old female who had a medical emergency listed as a “possible overdose.”

We’re told Tamar was sent into a spiral due to an ongoing contract dispute with We TV.
