50 Cent is among the world’s most famous rappers and entrepreneurs. His unabashed attitude towards living a luxurious lifestyle, and willingness to make his controversial opinions known are the primary reasons he has over 26 million followers on Instagram alone.

Recently the 45-year-old music artist (full name Curtis James Jackson III) posted a video about actress Nia Long. The “Fatal Affair” teaser made its way to 50 Cent’s social media, where he mixed praise with a bit of shade in the post’s caption.

Hilariously enough, Nia actually left a comment on Curtis’ post saying the following:

“Love you!!! I guess black women are exotic. I appreciate the support!!! ?”

Nia’s comment referenced a comment 50 Cent made about black women while talking with Lil Wayne on a video.

“They get mad. They get angry. You see it a lot of sisters go ‘you fck with this kind of girl and that kind of girl?’ That sht is exotic! That sht looks a lot different than the sht in the neighborhood all of the time. That sh*t looks like it came off a boat.”

Although Nia took his promotion as a compliment, she made it a point to share her unappreciative view of 50 Cent’s comments about black women.

This is not the first time that Curtis has cast shade on other celebrities of color, however. The “In Da Club” artist told the press that he thinks fellow rapper (and recently announced billionaire) Kanye West is basically just acting as some kind of “diversion” by running for president.

Furthermore, he didn’t believe Kanye was serious since he would be running against Trump, who has previously had an excellent relationship with Kanye.

"I'm going to contemplate running myself. I'm going to run to create a diversion for someone else," 50 stated mockingly. "The new thing is to run to create a diversion and distract people. Would you run against someone who just gave you $2 million?"

This of course was in reference to Kanye’s recent relief loan that Trump issued to assist the rapper’s brand “Yeezy”. The loan is estimated to have been around 2 million dollars and it made headlines across the nation.

50 Cent actually clarified what he meant when he spoke about “exotic” women by sharing the following:

“...at no point did I say African American women weren't exotic," and reveals that he was initially trying to explain the newness he feels of being around different people and environments.

"When you travel, you'll understand exactly what the f--k I'm saying to you because you'll go places like, 'God damn, this sh-t is fire' -- just the way it feels being in another part of the world and you'll see things that are attracted to you," he offers. "All those things are exotic to you because it's not from what you're comfortable with."
