Victoria Fuller Is 'Madly In Love' With Chris Soules, According To Kelley Flanagan

Victoria Fuller, 26, and Chris Soules, 38, were first linked in April after fans noticed they were self-isolating together in Soules’ hometown in Iowa.

The couple, who are both members of Bachelor Nation, didn’t confirm the rumors. In fact, they still haven’t. But that didn’t stop Kelley Flanagan from spillin’ the tea while interviewing with Entertainment Tonight.

Flanagan, who was on Peter Weber’s season of “The Bachelor” with Fuller, just gave an update on the new couple.

“I think everything's great and everything's working out, and I think she's madly in love with him,” Flanagan said. “Good for both of them. That makes me happy.”

"I think Kelsey [Weier] may have had a connection with Chris, and put them in contact," Flanagan added.

Fuller’s relationship with Soules was quite a shock, seeing as the 38-year-old hasn’t been in the public eye since landing the lead on “The Bachelor” in 2015.

He walked away from his season engaged to Whitney Bischoff. The two called off their engagement a few months later.

In 2017, Soules was charged and arrested for leaving the scene of a fatal car accident in Iowa. He pleaded guilty to leaving the scene and in 2019, was sentenced to two years’ probation.

Fuller had a rocky time on Weber’s season of “The Bachelor" before being sent home.

Towards the end of the season, there was speculation she had affairs with married men after someone from her hometown told Weber about Fuller’s dating history.

Photos of Fuller also resurfaced of her modeling for a brand inspired by the White Lives Matter movement. Because of those photos, she ended up missing out on a “Bachelor-themed” cover for Cosmopolitan.

Fuller publicly apologized saying, “My intention was only to support an endangered species.”

"I want to say that I unequivocally reject the beliefs of the white lives matter movement or any propaganda that supports racism of any kind. I would like to specifically apologize to people of color that are affected by racism daily. It was never my intention to add fuel to the racial fire in this country."

"This has truly been an educational moment for me and I hope to be a voice against racism moving forward. I hope I can be shown grace as I navigate through this process," she added.

In June, a bakery in Virginia Beach, Virginia (Fuller’s hometown) shared a photo of Fuller and Soules looking very much like a couple.

"Apparently there's more and more evidence building to this relationship," Chris Harrison toldEntertainment Tonight in May about Soules and Fuller's relationship.

"Nobody saw it coming... but great. I guess he slid into her DMs — is that how that works? I don't know, but good on them. I hope they're happy and I hope she's driving tractors around, flipping up the soybeans and all that good stuff. That's great."
