Reality tv star, Janelle Brown, appears to be taking her split from Kody Brown in stride.
The TLC personality has shared insight into her fitness plans and is living a healthy lifestyle barely a day after her split from the patriarch became public news.
The pair were married for over two decades and shared six children, Madison, 27, and Logan, 28, who they bore, and Savannah, 17; Gabriel, 21; Garrison, 24; Hunter, 25, who was adopted from Janelle's former marriage.
In a tell-all special episode debuting later this month, the former spiritually married duo revealed that they had been separated for months. The announcement comes a year after another "Sister Wife," Christine Brown, ended her 25 years long marriage to Kody.

"At what point do you decide its time…time to put your health first," she penned across the video. "Because this has been a game changer. I'm coming for you 2023."
She also echoed the same sentiments in the post's caption, adding that she plans not to give up her health plans.
"I'm ready for you, 2023!" the caption read. "This health journey I've been on has been incredible. The results weren't overnight, and I'm okay with that. It's all about slow and steady that wins the race. 2023 is my year!"
Janelle And Kody Separated Several Months Ago
Janelle appears to have been inspired to transform her life in the wake of her breakup with her estranged husband, Kody, several months ago. She confirmed the split in a trailer for the "Sister Wives: One on One" specials, hinting there was no going back on the breakup decision.
"I think if we both really sat down, we'd look at each other say, 'Really?'" the 53-year-old reality star disclosed in the clip, which airs in full on December 18, per US Weekly.
She added, "We've been separated for several months."
In the same teaser, Kody confirmed that they were no longer together. He also said that Janelle had moved on and that there was no purpose in clinging to their troubled relationship. Kody said, "Janelle has pretty well made it apparent to me that she's enjoying her life without me."
Fans Voice Their Support For Janelle Brown
Before their official announcement about their split, Janelle's fans had expressed their support for her in the wake of rumors that the pair had broken up for good.
This comes after she posted an Instagram video of her youngest daughter, Savannah celebrating her 18th birthday.
"I am so happy for you, Janelle!! You, Christine and your children all deserve better," one fan said in the post's comment section.
Another follower said, "Janelle we are totally supporting you , getting your life back and that you and your kids come first. That man never respected you, and neither does Robyn! I hope you and your kids and Christine come together and thrive in your happiness."
One very supportive fan wrote, "And now you are officially free of your duties to that man!! Fly away beautiful bird!!!"
Janelle Brown Said Her Relationship With Kody Was' Pretty Strained'
Kody and Janelle's split was foreshadowed in March 2021 when she opened up to US Weekly on how sharing Kody with his other spouses was sometimes difficult.
"Of course, I still get jealous," the reality star told the publication at the time. "But I learned a long time ago [that] you really just have to figure out how to be OK with yourself."
She added, "You have strengths, and you have blessings, and you have opportunities that you're given … you can't compare. I just think comparison is, like, the death of plural marriage."
Months later, she claimed that her relationship with Kody was "very strained," implying an eventual dissolution, which has since occurred. Since they were only spiritually married, there was no need for any legal requirements to dissolve their marriage.
The couple had been married for over two decades and shared six children together.
