'Bravolebrities' Are Giving 'Below Deck' Kate Chastain's Pregnancy A 'Mazel!'

Kate Chastain shocked her fans by posing with a new accessory, a baby bump! The Below DeckAlum is taking on new duties as a mommy.

As soon as the former chief stew shared the news, she was praised with comments and well wishes from fellow Bravo celebs and friends who were probably more excited for her! “MAZEL ???,” wrote the Bravo Watch What Happens Live IG page. “CONGRATULATIONS!!!! ♥️♥️♥️” screams RHOP Ashley Darby who we are sure will have some great advice for the new mom.

Even Bravo stars from failed shows have hopped on to show some love to Chastain. Mercedes Javid of Shahs Of Sunset fame writes, “Happiest thing to wake up to!” her sometimes friend Reza Farhan also shared his joy for Chastain. “Congratulations Kate! Can’t wait to see you!”

The cheeky reality star announced the news with a photo of her adorable, low-hanging bump (is it a boy?). “I’m already planning so many birthday theme parties for you ????” she writes as the caption.

She spoke with People exclusively where she shared just how excited she is. "I am absolutely thrilled to become a mother. It's something I've always hoped for so this is truly a dream come true!” says the 39-year-old.

"This is such a new and special experience, so I'm really being protective of what I share publicly, but with new episodes of Below Deck Galley Talk about to air on Bravo after Christmas and The Traitors premiering on Peacock on Jan. 12, 2023, there's just no hiding my baby bump any longer!" she admits.

So in other words, she was kind of forced and would have probably kept it a secret if she wasn’t so booked and busy.

The Below Deck Galley Talk host was pregnant while hosting all those panels at BravoCon and no one knew. How exciting for her to be able to keep that secret for as long as she did. Seeing how small her bump is right now we have no way of knowing how far along she is but it seems like she could be in her first trimester.

Chastain’s growing bump will be featured on the new reality competition show The Traitor. It’s based on a Dutch show focused on celebrity contestants who are traitors and trying to sabotage the rest of the group. In addition to Chastain, other contestants include a lot of bravolebrities.

Brandi Glanville of RHOBH fame, Kyle Cooke from Summer House and Reza Farahan from Shahs of Sunset. The cast is rounded out with Ryan Lochte, Arie Luyendyk Jr., the former Bchelor, and Big Brother winners Cody Calafiore and Rachel Reilly and some Survivor contestants like  Cirie Fields and Stephenie LaGrossa Kendrick.

There are also 10 non-celebs who will be participating each week.
