Megan Thee Stallion Reportedly NEVER Told LAPD She Was The 'Victim' Of A Gun Shot Wound!

Meg Thee Stallion allegedly never told police officers she was a 'victim' of a shooting involving Tory Lanez over the weekend, and LAPD now says they have not received any new additional information from the rapper saying otherwise.
According to reports, LAPD issued a statement regarding the situation involving Megan Thee Stallion and Tory Lanez after she called out the media for inaccurately reporting details of the shooting.
As we reported, Meg issued a statement saying the 'narrative' about the incident was 'inaccurate' and she wanted to set the record straight -- after it was reported her foot was injured due to broken glass, not gun shot wounds.
“The narrative that is being reported about Sunday’s morning events are inaccurate and I’d like to set the record straight. On Sunday morning, I suffered gunshot wounds, as a result of a crime that was committed against me and done with the intention to physically harm me," she wrote on Instagram.
The comments came on the heels of news reports that the rapper suffered said she received the foot injuries due to broken glass, and that she was handcuffed and detained at the scene of Tory Lanez arrest.
LAPD has now issued a statement, saying, "At the time Megan Thee [Stallion] was with police she did not report that she was the victim of any crime. And the LAPD has not received any additional information at this time."
Officers arrested Lanez for Felony 'possession of a concealed weapon' after finding a gun inside of the SUV.
But, the rapper claims "I was never arrested, the police officers drove me to the hospital where I underwent surgery to remove the bullets. I’m incredibly grateful to be alive and that I’m expected to make a full recovery, but it was important for me to clarify the details about this traumatic night."
According to TMZ, who broke the story, Megan told officers at the scene she actually cut her foot on glass -- and that's why they took her to the hospital for treatment.
It appears something doesn't add up...
As we reported, LAPD originally responded to a call of shots fired in Hollywood Hills, blocks away from where Meg and Tory had been partying at Kylie Jenner's house.
It's unclear if the original shots fired call, and Tory Lanez gun arrested are connected in any way. Also, Meg did not clarify if she was shot by someone she was with during the incident, or if the shooting happened prior to officers detaining her and Lanez.
The incident is currently under investigation by the LAPD.
