Kaia Gerber literally put her puppy to "pound" use ahead of the weekend. The 18-year-old model and daughter to Cindy Crawford ditched standard workout weights in favor of a far cuter alternative as she dripped mad sweat at West Hollywood's Dogpound gym.
If you don't live inside Kaia's Instagram, she's been filling her feed with The Labelle Foundation-sourced puppies she's been fostering amid the pandemic. Check out the videos below, although the new Louis Vuitton face didn't post them. Dogpound's founder Kirk Myers did.

Videos are below. Kaia, who has largely been delivering her workouts from lock-down and via video, was back in the celebrity-adored gym chain frequented by the likes of Justin Bieber and wife Hailey, plus model Lori Harvey. The footage showed Kaia flaunting her stunning workout body in powder-blue leggings with a matching sports bra – the focus was, however, undoubtedly on the little puppy being used as a weight.
It wasn't just squats. As you'll see, the ex to Pete Davidson got fully creative on the floor, on a bench, and, with her puppy snoozing, also in a workout without him.

A caption from Kirk Myers shouted out Kaia, plus the gym's VIP guest of the day. "@kaiagerber @dogpound smashing it with her puppy pound ???#letsgooooo #makingmoves," he wrote.
Kaia, who was still wearing a small cast for the dislocated wrist she suffered back in May, received a mega thumbs-up. "High School Musical" alum Vanessa Hudgens wrote: "Omg I die." Kaia herself swooped into the comments section. "Puppy pound!" she wrote.

Kaia has proven a steady headline-maker throughout the pandemic. The model has kicked off a hugely-popular Instagram book club that included hit novel "Normal People." She's also fronted media outlets for giving herself a DIY tattoo in quarantine, dislocating her wrist, plus debuting the blonde hair trend also seen on stars including Kylie Jenner and Emily Ratajkowski.
Kaia has also been speaking out on braving that lock-down tattoo. Check out what she had to say below, plus the arm cast that still doesn't seem to have gone away.

April saw Kaia open up to Glamour and reveal that one of her pre-pandemic loves had been getting inked. Since visiting the parlor was off-limits, the model decided to go DIY.
"I didn’t get too ambitious,” Kaia admitted. “I gave myself a dot, just so I could be like, ‘Alright, I got a tattoo this month, I’m cool. I gave myself a stick and poke, which I do not recommend," she continued.
Updates from Kaia since early June have, however, largely centered around her backing Black Lives Matter.
