Kourtney Kardashian Embraces Scary Side Despite The Holiday Season

Kourtney Kardashian is settling into her newfound gothic style!

Fans of the reality star have seen her transition from a subtle mom style into a full-on edgy style. This transition may be linked to her relationship with band drummer Travis Barker. 

Recall that the couple’s lavish wedding, which took place in Portofino, Italy, channeled gothic aesthetics, which the wedding guest, including the Kardashian sisters, matched. 

Again, we saw the Poosh founder’s edgy looks at Halloween, where she wore bold and daring outfits. Although Halloween is past gone, and it’s the festive season, the media influencer shared a photo of her with a scary look.

As it’s almost Christmas, fans would have assumed to see holiday-inspired looks from the tv personality. However, this was not the case! 

The oldest daughter of the Kardashian family shared an image on her Instagram stories, hinting that her gothic style has come to stay. The picture was a mirror selfie that captured Kardashian’s upper body. She rocked a brown ribbed button top with the upper part of the top unbuttoned to reveal her cleavage. 

Kardashian wore a gray scary contacts lens, which is unusual considering the season, and her eyes were lined in black liner. Her manicure was perfectly done in black color.  This snap would remind fans of the Lemme founder’s Halloween looks, which saw her dressed as Tiffany Valentine while her husband went as the evil doll Chucky.

Days before the Halloween celebration, the Poosh founder declared she was full-blown gothic through her style. As we reported, the 43-year-old posted a carousel of photos that showed her rocking bold yet dark makeup.

Her plump lips, which stole the spotlight, were adorned with black lipstick, and her hair was styled in her signature short bob.  She donned a thin-strapped outfit that revealed her toned bosom and accessorized with a black choker with a cross and pearl details. 

The next snap on the carousel contained a picture of a quote by David Whyte from the book “The House Of Belonging” which read, “Sometimes it takes darkness and the sweet confinement and your aloneness to learn, anything or anyone that does not bring you alive, is too small for you.”

Although the Kardashian- Konfidential co-author seemed to be digging this look, some fans in the comment section were not exploring the 43-year-old’s new vibe. Many expressed that they missed the old Kourtney, and one particular commenter wrote, “How does an adult change their whole aesthetic and taste because of their boyfriend?”

The tv star took it to a new level when she teased her fans that she might be considering a lip piercing. The businesswoman raced hearts when she posted a clip of her wearing an oversized black tee while she used a lip-piercing Instagram filter.

For her pose, she sat in what looked like a makeup chair pouting her lips with the realistic-looking filter. In the second clip, she wore a sexy one-shoulder strap dress to an undisclosed outing using the filter again.

It would not be a surprise if the “KUTWK” star suddenly appeared in public with a few piercings and probably a sleeve tattoo matching her man’s vibes.

While the 43-year-old mom is still in her gothic era, she has also prepared for the festive period. According to reports, the mother-of-three has set up Christmas decorations following in her sisters Kim Kardashian and Kylie Jenner's footsteps. 

Kardashian took to her Instagram Stories to flaunt her Yuletide glam in her Calabasas home. She revealed a small indoor forest of red Christmas trees on both sides of the house's panoramic backdoor. 

This would be the first Christmas she would celebrate with her husband after tying the knot with him in May.
