Tamra Judge went under the knife with Dr. Milind K. Ambe M.D. years ago and in her latest Instagram post, the former "Real Housewives of Orange County" cast member is looking back on the procedure and sharing a series of photos taken at the time of her mini facelift.

"I still get asked about my mini facelift [Dr. Milind K. Ambe] did on me 4 years ago. Here are some pics after surgery and 15 days later," Tamra wrote in the caption of her slideshow.

"And to answer your questions. No it didn’t hurt, uncomfortable yes!" Tamra continued. "Ice ice ice... [and] pain medication for few days only."

According to Tamra, she is still happy with her look four years after going under the knife.

"Yes, I’m still happy with my results. Cost depends on how much time is needed [and] I did not have much bruising at all," she wrote.

As for the recovery, Tamra said that she healed her face by staying still and spending a lot of time laying down in the weeks that followed the procedure.

"Staying still and laying around for 14 days was the hardest part for me," Tamra admitted.

As fans of "The Real Housewives of Orange County" well know, Tamra is quite active and actually owns her own gym in Orange County.

"Why did I get it done at 49? After losing body fat I found my skin started to sag. The alternative of filling up my face with filler was not for me. I tried it and looked like a cabbage patch kid," Tamra shared.

After starring on "The Real Housewives of Orange County" in a full-time position for 12 seasons, Tamra took to her Instagram page in January to confirm with her fans and followers that she would not be featured at all during the show's upcoming 15th season.

As fans will recall, Tamra's departure announcement came just one day after her longtime friend and former co-star, Vicki Gunvalson, announced that she too would be missing from the upcoming episodes of the long-running Bravo series.

While Tamra will not be appearing on the upcoming 15th season of "The Real Housewives of Orange County", the show must go on and earlier this year, the remaining cast members of the series began filming in Southern California.

Unfortunately, just weeks into production on the upcoming episodes, the women were forced to stop filming as a number of restrictions were put into place in Orange County as a result of the coronavirus pandemic.

They are now expected to resume filming sometime later this month.
