Ariel Winter Goes Leggy Bombshell With New Blonde Hair Emptying Sephora In L.A.

Ariel Winter's stunning new bleach-blonde hair got its "Game of Thrones" reference as the 22-year-old actress debuted her locks on her Instagram over the weekend. The "Modern Family" star had yet to step out into the open as a peroxide blonde, though – she has now.
If you don't live inside Ariel's Instagram, the ABC actress whose 11 years on "Modern Family" wrapped up in April made headlines for going redheaded as the series ended. Ariel was snapped exiting a Sephore outlet in Studio City, CA early this week. The star, who dropped 30 pounds in January 2019, had her slim figure on show. Likewise, those glossy, fluffy, candy-cane locks. The actress was spotted in tiny cut-off shorts and a "Sweeter than honey" t-shirt in black, also rocking simple white sneakers, plus a cross-body alligator bag. A huge Sephora bag suggested the girl behind Alex Dunphy to have stocked up on her beauty products.

Ariel, who dubbed her redheaded look "strawberry and shortcake" earlier this year, appeared to outdo herself on the caption front when it came to debuting the blonde. Backyard photos of the beauty in tight jeans and a skimpy floral-print top showed off a Marilyn Monroe edge that was picked up on by her 4.4 million followers, but the "Winter is coming" caption seemed to nail it. The reference to cult TV series "Game of Thrones" of course also doubled up as a pun on Ariel's last name.

Ariel made headlines in February for showcasing her return to red locks, with the fiery color contrasting the dark brown that was once the star's trademark. The blonde debut now clocking Ariel over 400,000 likes on Instagram also received plenty of comments – topping them was 25-year-old boyfriend Luke Benward who wrote: "Targaryen" as he referenced Emilia Clarke's "GoT" character. " You look amazing !!!???" another fan wrote.
Ariel, whose social media has seen her body-shamed and accused of using drugs for dropping her 30 pounds, has also been opening up on her online life. More below.

Ariel spoke to Teen Vogue prior to "Modern Family" ending. She revisited the mass trolling she'd faced in 2019, also saying: "It never goes away. When someone calls you a ‘fat slut,’ you’re not feeling happy about it. It doesn’t matter what you look like now, it doesn’t matter what you looked like then." She added: “You’re still going to read that and be like, ‘Oh, that sucks.’”
Winter, who has made headlines for dropping $227 on takeout during the pandemic, has also been handing out cash to the homeless. Scroll for her doing just that at CVS last month.
