The “Bachelorette”journey was not what the lead Rachel Recchia had hoped for. On the “Bachelorette: After the Finale Rose” episode, Rachel announced that her final man, Tino Franco, cheated on her weeks after the two got engaged, which led to an awkward reunion live on stage.
Now, weeks after the two rehashed their breakup, Rachel is moving on, embracing her single life.
Rachel Is Embracing Single Life
Rachel Recchia, 26, recently moved to Los Angeles with close friend and Bachelor Nation alum Genevieve Parisi. The two have been posting photos together and making TikToks and are enjoying their single lives together.
The 26-year-old pilot just posted a new TikTok, which is proving to her fans and followers that she is not letting single life get her down. The TikTok sound the "Bachelorette" lead used also proves that she does not regret anything that happened and feels she owes no one an apology.

Fans of the reality television star were quick to comment their support. "She’s an icon, she’s a legend, and she is the moment," one fan wrote.
Another follower chimed in, "This new fashion era is a slayyyy 🤌🏼💋," while a third commented, "My favorite queen."
What Happened Between Rachel and Tino?
During the reunion, Rachel announced that her final man, Tino Franco, cheated on her weeks after the two got engaged.
“Rachel, I am so sorry,” Tino began as soon as he sat down on the couch on “After the Finale Rose.” “My actions are on me and I own them completely. From the bottom of my heart I’m sorry for what I did. I’m sorry it took me so long to tell you, and I’m sorry that that meet-up came off like I was trying to put any responsibility of what I did on you.”
He went on to say how he wished “everyone really got to see the love story that we lived,” but ultimately brings up the ring again. “When we started letting our conversations get into ‘I can’t love you anymore,’ and you said you didn’t want to wear the ring…”
That is when Rachel immediately interrupted, “Do you want to get into that? We were going through a really hard time and it’s deeply personal to both of us. And I think we both don’t want to air out why those things were happening, but we can. Do you want to talk about it?”
Ultimately the two ended on a rough note and did not work anything out.
Rachel Admits To Slowly Dating Again
The former “Bachelorette” lead recently opened up on the Bachelor Happy Hour podcast, admitting she has begun dating again.
“Well, obviously taking it slow, but I actually did go on a date last week,” Recchia told co-hosts Becca Kufrin and Michelle Young. “It did go well and there is a second date in the future.”
Recchia said the man she went on a date with was just “a random person” who “slid into the DMs.”
“We just went and got coffee. It was casual,” she added.
Recchia did not add many more details to the date, but she did tease that they “maybe” kissed.
Rachel and Tino Are Moving On After The Breakup
Regardless of how things ended between Rachel and Tino, she admits she does not need closure from him or that relationship. “With Tino, the second I found out what he did, I’m like, ‘I didn’t need closure.’ I just wanted to know — I needed to know — what happened. I didn’t know what my plan was moving forward,” Rachel explained on the podcast.
“After our talk, I was like, ‘I don’t need anything else moving forward, because if someone could treat me like that… sitting down and telling me that I’m the reason he did that, I didn’t need anything else from him,” Rachel concluded.
Tino also spoke out on his feelings for Recchia after the finale, saying “I really, really loved Rachel through the whole process,” on Nick Viall’s podcast, “The Viall Files”, adding “and I still think about her every day.”
He continued, “It’s just after everything that has transpired, I think the best way to put it is — I’ve moved on.”
