Eileen Davidson is convinced that her former cast mate, Kim Richards, hated her during the time they spent together on "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills."
During a recent interview on Bravo's "The Daily Dish" podcast, the soap actress opened up about the tension she felt from Kim after she was added to the Bravo reality series during its fifth season on the heels of the exits of Joyce Giraud and Carlton Gebbia, both of who, appeared only on the show's fourth season.
“She hated me out of the gate,” Eileen said of Kim during the podcast, via a report from Reality Blurb days ago.
As fans of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" will recall, Eileen and Kim butted heads during a cast trip to Amsterdam during season five.
“I have no idea [why], just … hated me. Just always did," Eileen continued.
That said, Eileen didn't get a lot of negativity from Kim during their appearance at the wrap party, which came as a bit of a surprise considering what they endured during filming.
"[At]the wrap party for that season, she came up to me like nothing had happened," Eileen recalled. "[She said] ‘Oh hi, how’s it going?’"
Right away, Eileen was completely caught off-guard y Kim's kindness.
"I was like ‘Um … well?’ I thought, ‘A bunch of sh*t just happened!'” Eileen continued.
In addition to their own feud in Amsterdam, Kim took shocking aim at Lisa Rinna by suggesting something was going on at home between her and her husband, actor Harry Hamlin, which wasn't true.
Although Kim was kind to Eileen after season five, she again gave her the cold shoulder years later.
"I saw her at Kyle’s party and I don’t think she acknowledged me, from my understanding. I could be wrong, but that was my take on it. [Since] I’ve been off the show, I have absolutely no issue with anybody. But I don’t know what it was [with Kim]. I don’t know,” Eileen admitted.
While Eileen did film for season 10, nor she or Kim appeared in a full-time position on the new episodes.
In November of last year, as the "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" cast assembled for filming on season 10 at the home of Kyle Richards, Eileen was seen in production with a number of other former cast members, including Kim, Brandi Glanville, Camille Grammer, and Adrienne Maloof.
While the "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" is currently on hiatus due to production delays caused by the coronavirus pandemic, it is expected to return with new episodes on July 8 at 9 p.m.
