Last night, Megan Thee Stallion had a very good night at the BET Awards' first virtual show. She performed her latest hit singles such as "Savage" remix and the newly released, "Girls In The Hood." This one sampled Eazy-E's classic "Boyz-n-The-Hood." Megan also took home the award for Best Female Hip-Hop Artist. The artists she beat in this category were Doja Cat, Nicki Minaj, Cardi B, Lizzo, and Saweetie.

Megan Thee Stallion may have been celebrating her award to the max as she was on Instagram Live Sunday night and appeared to have had a lot of drinks. From that moment, she revealed that she does have a new boyfriend. She started off by saying For all the n*s, stop hitting my phone ’cause I got a man.” She briefly said she was joking but quickly shut that down by confidently claiming “Nah, I do got a na and he don’t like that sh*t. And he dumb fine. And he dumb cute!”

This all went down while Megan was with her stylist, EJ King. Many suspected that he was possibly the new man in her life but that wasn't the case at all. Megan's last high-profile relationship was in 2019 with Memphis rapper, Moneybagg Yo, who is also signed to Yo Gotti. The two dated for most of the year but ended up cutting ties. May viewed this in the end as a publicity stunt relationship. The two also went on to collaborate on the song, "All Dat."

Megan and Moneybagg had also collaborated on her "Make a Bag" song from her 2018 'Tina Snow' mixtape. In an interview with Ebro Darden on Apple Music, She was also rumored to be dating G-Eazy earlier this year after he was seen kissing her cheek but she explained that they were just friends. In January Moneybagg explained why they decided to break things off.
“Two strong personalities just bumping heads a lot,” he said when asked what went wrong. But despite the split, he said he didn’t harbor any ill feelings, explaining, “It didn’t work but I always wish her the best. I’m really proud of her. The Megan I know and the Megan ya’ll know are two different things. It’s still love, we just didn’t see eye to eye.”

Megan has been a star ever since she blew up as an artist in early 2019. It all started with her 2018 "Big Ole Freak" single taking off in February and she soon followed the success of that single up with her 'Fever' mixtape in May which featured hits such as "Realer" and "Cash S*it" feat. DaBaby. She released her "Hot Girl Summer" single feat. Nicki Minaj and Ty Dolla $ign in August as well.
Megan's 2020 has been just as epic as she released her 'Suga' EP in March as the Savage single was released on that project. It went on to earn a remix with fellow Houston star, Beyoncé. That ended up being the No. 1 song in the country.
