Taking to her Instagram story, the mother-of-three took her followers along with her to the spa, where she got a few jobs done, like the laser tattoo removal for her wrist and a "Morpheus 8" to tighten her stomach. Afterward, she posted a picture of her sexy body in a mirror selfie.

Dressed casually in a pair of green sweatpants and a hoodie, she tied the black shirt around her ample bust, which served to display her taut stomach and slim waist. The blonde bombshell let her hair fall forward over her shoulders as she pulled the waistband of her pants low to show off the barely visible mark low on her hips.

The actress captioned the image, "All Done!" adding, "Yes, I have a scar from my mommy makeover. It's small, low, and faded, but it's there. @davidalennutrition.” Moakler clearly is not ashamed of the plastic surgeries she has done over the years, as Life and Style shared that the model revealed some details during a Question and Answer session via her Instagram story.

She responded to a question asked by a user about her bust: "My boobies are real," and she had "never had a lift or fat transfer" but was looking into getting it done that year. The former Miss USA, who shares two kids, Landon and Alabama, with her ex-husband Travis Barker and Atiana with her former partner Oscar De La Hoya, disclosed that she birthed all of them via C-section.

This led her to undergo the famous "mommy makeover," which included a tummy tuck, liposuction, and butt augmentation in 2018 that her doctor, Leif Rodgers, confirmed, saying, "Shanna has had three C-sections, and this procedure covers her scars."

The former "Playboy Playmate of the Month" also marked the change with a post of her own looking smoking hot in a tiny green bikini posing in front of a long mirror. In the caption, she wrote, "6 months post-op from my #mommymakeover with @leifrogersmd I am so thankful and so happy with my results," while explaining that she did not get her body done because of weight loss.

Instead, it was so she could fix her stomach muscles and help her feel confident wearing a bikini. The social media influencer also told everyone that she would hopefully drop a video on YouTube about her experience and journey. She ended the message by saying,

"It was a long healing process, but I'm glad I did it! Thanks to all the other moms who sent me encouraging messages! ❤️p.s ignore my messy room 😂."

The Blast reported that the star shared her bad experience with trying to use a booty cream via her story. Appearing as comfortable as possible, she lay in what looked like a comfy recliner dressed in a white top with her hair in a bun on top of her head as she narrated her ordeal.

The reality TV star started the video with a laugh, saying, "So, I just took a nice hot bath, and I used this like booty cream that's supposed to tone and tighten your booty and help with cellulite and our girly shit." She then noted that instead of achieving the desired effect, what she felt was a burning sensation like her "ass was on f**king fire."

The 47-year-old, who was clearly confused and uncomfortable, continued by asking her followers if any one of them had used the product, adding, "What is happening? I don't even know; I don't even know what to do. This is so uncomfortable." She wrote, "How long will this last???" along with four laughing with tears emoji across the video.
