Bucks' Star Giannis Antetokounmpo Has A 'Freaky' Birthday Wish List

Milwaukee Bucks' star Giannis Antetokounmpo isn't only known for his basketball skills, but also for his playful humorous attitude. During his postgame press conference after beating the Orlando Magic 109-102, he gave a list of things he wants for his birthday, which happens to be today, and it got a little "freaky." And did we mention he had a special guest with him?

During the press conference, the NBA star hugged an oversized Homer Simpson doll while explaining the things he would like for his 28th birthday. "I wake up, for sure I get a lift in, try to get my body in shape, recovery stuff," he began explaining what his birthday will look like. He continued, "Maybe some good food, drinking my protein shake. After that, I don't know if my lady has anything planned for me. I hope they have something planned for me."

He continued by listing some things he would like to get for his birthday. "Maybe like a birthday cake, maybe like a birthday car, or maybe like a birthday watch or jewelry. I would love that," he said. "If my family is watching that now they should go get them." He then explained what he doesn't want. "I will not want to go to dinner because I have a game the next day," he said. "I want to be able to rest and get my treatment that I usually do and take my nap and play with my kids."

Antetokounmpo then named an idea for after the kids go to bed. "And then once I put my kids to bed, you never know what can happen," he said with a wink and a smile. "Might get a little bit freaky."

He concluded his birthday discussion by saying, "It's my birthday. I'm definitely gonna enjoy my birthday with my family, my people that I love."

Fans wanted to know the story behind the Bucks' star's special guest at the press conference. NBA writer Tim Reynolds explained in a tweet why Homer Simpson was with Antetokounmpo. "The story on this: Sandro Mamukelashvili won Homer at Universal on Sunday and brought it to the game tonight. But he left it behind in the locker room ... and now Giannis is taking it home for his kids," the tweet reads.

NBA on ESPN reposted the interview on Instagram and many of the NBA star's fans popped into the comment section to leave birthday wishes, ask why the Homer doll, and comment on his funny interview. "How can you hate this man,' one fan wrote. Another added, "funniest man in the league?" One fan wrote, "Protect Giannis at all cost ?" Another fan had a joke of his own writing, "I saw Homer and heard his inner voice 'don't say anything or you will blow it'?"
