Robin Roberts & Lara Spencer Seen Hanging Out, Discussing 'GMA' Drama Over Dinner?!

Robin Roberts and Lara Spencer are putting on a brave face amid the drama unfolding at “Good Morning America.”

In fact, they’re putting on a dinner and drinks, “too blessed to be stressed” front.

The co-anchors of ‘GMA’ shared photos of themselves with their significant others and a friend out to dinner over the weekend.

Both TV personalities shared a photo of them gathered in a booth in front of a fireplace at Tony’s at The J House.

Robin captioned her photo, “Such a fun Saturday night with the fabu @lara.spencer & her handsome hubby Rick! Also great to reconnect with someone from my sports reporting days, tennis sensation @rennaestubbs.?? 2nd date night this week with Sweet Amber…heeeey!”

Spencer captioned her photo, “Rick's angels ?. @robinrobertsgma and @amberita1227 , @rennaestubbs. Fireside at @tonysatthejhouse thanks to our always entertaining host @tony_capasso_greenwich. Tony-you never disappoint ❤️. Great food, wine, and atmosphere for Ricky's angels to eat, laugh?, and even dance a little ? lol. Cheers!!!!!”

While many were overjoyed to see Robert’s wife, Amber, out and about amid her cancer battle, others were salivating over what in the world was being discussed at that table.

You know, given everything going on between Amy Robach and T.J. Holmes at the morning show.

“Great photo ❤️❤️. Ok Robin what’s the scoop with Amy & TJ???” one person commented.

“Do something about Amy and TJ,” wrote another, while someone else asked, “Where’s Amy and TJ? ?”

On fan commented, “I know some tea was spilled at that table ☕️.”

A very angry ‘GMA’ viewer wrote, “CALL FOR ABC NEWS ANCHORS TJ AND AMY TO APOLOGZE TO NATION AND RECONCILE WITH SPOUSES NOW- Sign the PETITION!”

However, not everyone was curious about the drama going on behind the scenes.

“You all keeping it classy at GMA. People are not happy with the drama. But I’m gonna just say this… Robin you and Sweet Amber looked absolutely amazing at the WH dinner. Definitely respect and admire all at this table and love George and Michael as well. #StillaGMAfan.”

ABC made the decision on Monday to take both Robach and Holmes off the air until they can figure out what to do.

The Blast recently reported on the wild, but not so surprising news.

ABC News President Kim Godwin informed staffers on December 5, of the co-anchors-turned-lovers temporary absence from ‘GMA3.’

She told ABC News employees during an editorial call on Monday that while Robach and Holmes did NOT violate any company policy, ABC News “wanted to do what’s best for the organization.”

ABC News executives are staying mum on the matter with the media.

Sources tell DailyMail.com that Stephanie Ramos and Gio Benitez will host GMA3’ this week while ABC works out how to handle the PR nightmare.

“There is massive confusion internally,” a source said. “ABC News executive Kim [Godwin] has taken them off the air while they deal with this internally.”

Furthermore, in a recently resurfaced audition tape from 2014, Holmes said he was a “proponent of marriage.”

Holmes was auditioning for “Entertainment Tonight” and said on tape, “Marriage gets a bad rap so many times. I’m such a marriage proponent. I want everybody to get married. I think everybody should and I think you’re better off in doing so.”
