Nicole Nafziger and Azan Tefou appeared on seasons four and five of ’90 Day Fiancé.’ Their relationship was a tumultuous one though as Nicole went to Morocco to see him and see if what they had was real. She also brought her daughter, May, to see him. They had to cancel their plans of getting married on multiple occasions as even Nicole’s mother believed what they had wasn’t legit at all. They also claimed they had a store together but never opened.
Nicole also supposedly dumped $6,000 of her savings on this store. She later ended up admitting to her mother that there is no store.
Lately on social media though, many have seen Nicole lie about anythings. Recently, followers on social media were lead to believe that she was pregnant based on a sonogram post. On June 18, she took to Instagram to deny that it was her in the post.
“No, I am not pregnant,” Nicole said. “Sorry for the confusing post. Hope everyone is staying safe out there! Peace and love to all.”
As far as Nicole’s other claims, there were instances where she made it seem as if she and Azan were currently hanging out when they were in fact not. She also had an RIP post up about fellow cast member Angela Deem’s mother passing away. Social media accused her of having the post up just to gain more followers. They also believe that she puts Azan as a priority ahead of May as she left her in America before to go see him. On the show, she did bring May to Morocco though.
When Nicole was in Morocco, she had a difficult time adhering to the culture. The two were not married and could not be affectionate in public. She kept hugging Azan and trying to hold his hand even though he explained what the situation is regarding those type of moves in his country. Nicole also had a difficult time accepting the fact that they had to sleep in different rooms because of the culture. This led to her breaking down emotionally on multiple occasions.
Despite claims of her not actually being with Azan recently, she took to Instagram back in March to say that she was stuck in Morocco while seeing him due to the start of the coronavirus pandemic.
“Sucks everything is closed,” said Nicole on Instagram on March 19 while watching TV in Morocco. “I’m still in Morocco for everyone that wants to know. Not going home just yet. But I’m fine. We’re good.”
One of Nicole’s latest Instagram posts is supposedly her wearing a diamond ring as the caption said “It’s official! #LinkInBio ❤️” This was a major plot twist though as the link was actually cast member Jonathan Flores being engaged to a new woman, Janelle Miller. They had been dating since last summer.
