Jenelle Evans’ husband David Eason was arrested earlier this month after he allegedly hit family friend James Spivey in the back of the head with a pistol. Now, the “Teen Mom” star seems to be insinuating that it was her “friends” who caused the drama to unfold.
She took to Twitter on Sunday and wrote a couple of messages about it and said “trust no one.”
“I should have known my ‘friends;’ were just entertainment buddies. #TrustNoOne,” she wrote in the first tweet.
Evans followed that up by writing, “Note To Self: If ‘friends’ start drama in your past, they will probably do it again. Lesson learned!”
YouTube personality Katie Joy tweeted at Evans, “She never even had these kind of thoughts before David. Also, please take care of your children by getting them away from David.”
Nationally, that did not sit well with Evans, who fired back, “Omg I just realized I don’t have you blocked lmfao stay out of my life you crazy ass psycho.”
The alleged assault of Eason on Spivey happened when Evans went by their home to gather some personal belongs. It’s unclear on exactly what caused the situation to escalate, but Eason was arrested and charged with two counts.
Afterward, Evans said on Facebook that she was getting herself and the kids away from Eason.
“I just want to let the public, tabloids, and my fans know that IM OK, IM SAFE AND SO ARE THE KIDS! I’m going to take a few days out to myself to gather my thoughts and focus on what’s going on so I won’t be on social media much. I love you all for the support that you all have shown me and I’ll be stronger and better than ever soon!”
Just five days later, Evans and the kids were back under the same roof with Eason. Last Wednesday, Eason shared a TikToc video that featured himself, their three year-old daughter, his five year-old son and his 13 year-old daughter. In the background of the clip, Evans could be heard talking.
The relationship between Evans and Eason has been rocky, to say the least. She announced in late 2019 that she was leaving him and filed fro a restraining order citing physical abuse. But then in March of this year, the two were back together.
“Me and him are deciding to work things out right now. We’re taking it slowly. A lot of things have changed. Me and him have decided to just try to remain positive no matter what and if we have an issue, we try to talk it out,” she announced at the time.
