The 5X LPGA champion also shared a photo of husband Jonnie West having skin-to-skin contact with Makenna. It didn't take long for the well-wishes to start pouring in from fellow athletes and also some golfers who are currently playing a round on the PGA Tour!

Rory McIlroy is currently getting ready to tee off at the 2020 RBC Heritage at Harbour Town Golf Links in Hilton Head, South Carolina, but still gave an awesome shout out to the new family with a "congratulations" and some emoji hearts.

Obviously Michelle Wie will be focusing on motherhood for the foreseeable future, but it's not out of the question she makes a triumphant return to the LPGA where she has been a dominant force for years.

Back in January, Wie told Golf Digest that she feels becoming a mom will give her greater motivation to come back and pursue her career in golf.

"The motivation to come back is even stronger because I’m having a girl ... I really want her to see me play. I want her to see me be a strong woman. That’s really important to me. The motivation to come back and play is definitely there."

We can't wait to see her tee it up again ... until then, enjoy being a mommy!
