Dr. Pimple Popper -- Watch This GIANT Neck Cyst Get Dug Out With Scissors!!

Dr. Pimple Popper is about to extract a very stubborn neck cyst that looks like it has been there for a very long time -- and this thing is massive!!
"Neck cyst! ?????" is all Dr. Sandra Lee captioned the new video on Instagram.
That's because this thing speaks for itself, and the fight it puts up no to get ripped out is amazing!
In the clip, the good doctor uses the good ol' slice and dice method to get at the inside of this thing...and it is like mining for gold!

As you can see, Dr. Lee uses both her scissor and a tool to grip this massive growth, so she can dig around the outside to loosen it up.
"Don't you worry about digging with scissors in such a worrisome area," one fan asked after seeing how brutal the work was to tear it free.
"Yikes! That was huge!" another fan posted.
As it starts to surface, it becomes apparent that this thing has been there for a while, and may actually be HARD and not the normal soft goo you would normally see!

The answer is YES! And Dr. Lee spends a remarkable amount of time trying to dig this nugget out of the patient's neck.
"That’s crazy how people let this sit on their body for so long," another person pointed out. Ya, we agree!
As for how this happens, a fan made this observation, "I get nervous when you do cyst behind the ear I had what was thought to be a cyst ended up being a tumor on the parotid gland."
