XXXTentacion’s mom is firing back at the $11 million-dollar lawsuit filed by the late rapper’s half-brother accusing her of screwing him out of his inheritance.
Cleopatra Bernard, XXX’s mom, posted a screenshot of an article talking about the $11 million lawsuit filed against her. She captioned the post, “On the second anniversary of my son’s death, this what I have to wake up to ? HERE WE GO AGAIN...”
She included a statement calling the lawsuit “without merit.” Cleopatra says the court “has already determined Corey Pack is entitled to nothing from XXXTentacion’s estate or trust.” She says her son’s only child, and sole heir, is his son, Gekyume Onfroy.

The statement continued, “Contrary to Corey’s false and misleading statements in his complaint, Cleopatra has been exceedingly generous to Corey Pack and his mother. Cleopatra has not only paid Corey’s living expenses and purchased him a car, but she has gifted to him and his mother, Jodi Kavney, a mortgage-free home and paid the current year’s real estate taxes.” She believes the lawsuit will be dismissed by the court.
According to reports, XXXTentacion’s half-brother, Corey Pack, is suing Cleopatra for $11 million in damages. In the lawsuit, Corey accuses XXXTentacion’s mom of screwing him out of millions the rapper left. He says the rapper left behind assets in excess of $50 million. A trust was established that listed Corey as 1 of 3 beneficiaries.

Corey says XXXTentacion’s will left 50% to his mother, 25% to another brother of XXX and 25% to Corey. However, he accuses Cleopatra of working out a side deal with the rapper’s baby mama Jenesis Sanchez which cut him out of the will completely despite XXX’s wishes.
As The Blast first reported, Cleopatra and Jenesis were battling it out in court over custody and support of XXX’s son Gekyume. Earlier this year, they reached a settlement which included establishing a trust for XXX’s kid. The lawsuit is demanding $11 million in damages from Cleopatra.
