Deposition In Johnny Depp Case Alleges Amber Heard Had Threesome With Cara Delevingne & Elon Musk

A deposition taken by Johnny Depp's legal team is alleging that his ex-wife Amber Heard may have had a three-way affair with model Cara Delevingne and Elon Musk while she was still married to the actor. In explosive documents, obtained by DailyMail, the accusation was made in a deposition from the ex-husband of one of Heard’s close friends. Johnny Depp is still battling his "Aquaman" star ex in a $50 million defamation lawsuit following her Washington Post op-ed where she stated she was a survivor of domestic violence.

In the deposition taped on November 19, 2019, Josh Drew, who was married to one of Amber's closest friends Raquel ‘Rocky’ Pennington, is reportedly heard on camera stating that Amber Heard had a threesome with the model and the Tesla founder. The dates the alleged affair took place lines up to when she was separated from Johnny Depp but still married to the star.

According to DailyMail, attorney Benjamin Chew asked Josh, "Did Rocky tell you that Amber Heard was having an affair with Cara Delevingne while she was still married to Johnny Depp?"

Josh simply replied back by stating, "Yes." Johnny Depp's attorney then asked a follow-up question. "Did she ever tell you that the three of them – Elon Musk, Cara Delevingne – spent the night with Amber in November of 2016?" to which Josh stated "yes" but acknowledged that he didn't know the specific date.

Johnny Depp's attorney continued to grill Josh during the deposition by asking even more specifics about Amber Heard's relationship with Cara Delevingne and Elon Musk.

"Did she ever tell you in words or substance while Amber was still married to Johnny Depp, that the three of them, Amber Heard, Elon Musk and Cara Delevingne, spent the night together?" was one of the question asked to which again, Josh answered, "Yes."

Chew then asked Josh to clarify the relationship between Heard, Delevingne, and Musk, asking, "So they were having a three-way affair, correct?" Josh, who lived rent-free in one of the apartments Johnny Depp owned, replied, "My understanding, yes."

While Amber Heard filed for divorce from Johnny Depp in May 2016, she was still married to the "Pirates of The Caribbean" actor when his attorney alleged the three-way affair went down. The duo was married for just 15 months but their battle to divorce was riddled with accusations. A judge signed off on their divorce eight months later, making the split official in January 2017. The two are still battling in court and several of Depp's famous co-stars are backing him against domestic violence allegations.
