TST's record label, KJ Music Entertainment, issued a statement confirming Yohan's death to AllKPop.com, saying, "We are sad to relay the most unfortunate, sorrowful news. Back on June 16, TST member Yohan left this world. The late Yohan's family is currently in deep mourning. The family has pleaded that media articles about Yohan's passing, such as those making speculations about the cause of his death, be refrained out of respect."

The message did not address the young singer's cause of death and did not mention the tragic loss of several other K-Pop star's in the past few months.

In October, K-Pop star Sulli, 25, was found dead in her apartment, and the initial investigation, including a note found at the scene, indicating the death was by suicide.

Also, several months ago, K-Pop star Goo Hara, 28, was found dead in her home in Seoul, Korea -- and reports at the time said she had been hospitalized in May following what police described as a suicide attempt.

Yohan debuted in 2015, as a member of boy band 'NOM.' But, after the band broke up, he joined 'TST.' The group released it's fourth album in January, 'Countdown.'
