Tekashi 6ix9ine just blasted Meek Mill over the numbers of his new song, and has made it clear the two rapper’s beef is going strong and seems to be getting worse!
Tekashi 69 posted an image on Instagram showing Meek standing next to a message, stating, “Meek Mill’s “Other Side of America” debuts at #64 on this week’s Billboard Hot 100.”
The obvious implication is that the song didn’t chart as high as Tekashi’s first single, after being released from prison, ‘Gooba.’
But, the rainbow rapper then took it to the next level…
Tekashi captioned the photo, “This what happens to bums when they don’t have Drake to carry them on they song.”
As you know, Tekashi and Meek Mill have been at war since the day he stepped out of prison. It appears matters have no gotten much worse, after Meek’s ex-girlfriend Nicki Minaj publically defended 6ix9ine’s decision to snitch. She also just dropped a collaboration with him, ‘Trollz.’
In the past few days, while promoting ‘Trollz,’ Tekashi has attacked Meek Mill arguing he is a hypocrite for calling him a rat, since he associates with people who have also worked with federal prosecutors.
Hear The Message…
“Meek Mill, you can’t pick and choose who you want to call rats. This is public information … Sir, you know,” Tekashi said during an IG Live.
He continued, “Ever since Nicki left you, you are a nobody … Did you forget who you was? I forgot what Drake said, what did Drake say? ‘Was that your tour or your girl’s tour?'”
It should be noted, Meek’s new track is a protest anthem, which samples a speech by Donald Trump, and includes lyrics about the ongoing situation in this country.
But, Meek has been very public about his problem with Tekashi…
As we reported, Meek was very vocal when Tekashi was released after rolling on his fellow Blood gang members.
“The internet got a witness in witness protection living in a town house that can’t even come outside saying check on me. I’m helping free people you putting family members behind bars… I gotta crush you for the culture you chump! How you sleep at night lol,” he wrote at the time.
Meek has not responded to the most recent name-calling, but knowing his propensity to react on Twitter, it’s just a matter of time.
Tekashi 6ix9ine has since removed the post from his Instagram page, something he has been known to do while trolling other rappers.
In its place, the rainbow rapper posted a photo message to the music industry, saying, “Going #1, Nothing will stop me, you can’t cheat me, blackballed don’t work for me, I’m too big of a star.
He captioned the photos, “IM GOING TO SHOW YOU THAT YOU DONT HAVE TO FOLLOW THE RULES OF HIP HOP.. BE A LEADER NEVER A FOLLOWER ? IM TO BIG OF A SUPERSTAR … THEY WANTED ME TO FALLOFF SINCE 2017 IM STILL HERE 3 YEARS LATER MAKING THE MOST NOISE ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ AND I THANK THE BEST FANBASE IN THE WORLD ? ?”
