Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have officially cemented their "single parent" status and wiped their hands clean from one another as spouses.
The Blast reported on November 29th that Kanye and Kim, along with their respective legal teams, reached a settlement agreement regarding the custody of their four children and the division of properties.
Kim originally filed for the big ‘D’ in February 2021 and it’s taken nearly two years for Kanye to cooperate.

A Los Angeles County Judge declared the reality TV star-turned-business mogul “legally single” in March while she was still dating Pete Davidson.
Their settlement includes joint custody of their four children with “equal access” to them.
While the legal docs say “equal access” a source revealed Kim will have the kids a majority of the time.
She has North, Saint, Chicago and Psalm 80% of the time currently.
The rapper will pay Kim $200k per month in child support. It is due the first of every month and must be wired to her account.

He is responsible for 50% of the kiddos’ educational expenses, including tuition, and will foot 50% of the bill for their security expenses.
However, Kim is making off with something even bigger and more expensive following their finalized divorce.
You may recall that during their tumultuous divorce, the rap star bought a house directly next door to Kim’s $60 million Hidden Hills mansion.
Well, turns out Kanye has “generously” gifted his ex-wife that house.

TMZ reports the music mogul is giving the $4.5 million mansion to the business mogul.
According to the divorce settlement, the Yeezy designer will transfer the title of the five-bedroom home to Kim, and she'll now be responsible for all expenses related to the property.
The news of Kanye’s bold purchase came out earlier this year.
He stopped by “Hollywood Unlocked” to chat about his recent real estate purchase.
While sitting down with Jason Lee, Ye said he purchased the “bachelor pad” across the street from his former mega-mansion in order to be as close as possible to his kids.
"My solace comes from seeing my kids and getting a solid schedule. That's why I even got the house," Ye explained to Lee.

He then explained how the narrative was flipped to make it seem like there was something wrong with him.
"It was flipped into there was something wrong with me getting a house next to my kids,” he said before reflecting on his own upbringing without a father.
Ye told Lee that when his mom decided to move them from Atlanta, CA. to Chicago, IL. his father didn’t move. His father stayed in Atlanta and Ye grew up without him.
"You see when my mom took me from Atlanta to Chicago, my dad didn't come to the coldest and most dangerous city in the world to be next to me," Ye said. "He said, 'I'm going to stay down in Atlanta cause of my career.'"
For Ye, it’s a completely different story.
A stern Ye said, “There’s nothing with my career, with this rap, with this media, with none of that that’s going to keep me from my children. And that’s what I want everyone to know.”
He continued with a warning, “Don’t play with me. Don’t play with my children. And ain’t no security that will get between me and my children, and you ain’t gunna gaslight me. You ain’t gunna run this narrative on me.”
