Audrina Patridge's Ex-Husband Files For Child Support After Losing Job Due To COVID-19

Audrina Patridge's ex-husband has filed to collect child support from the reality star, after the former X-Games star lost his bartending job due to the outbreak of COVID-19. Plus, he is also now accusing her of not following details of their custody agreement.
According to new legal documents, obtained by The Blast, Corey Bohan has filed in the ex-couple's Orange County, CA divorce case, to force 'The Hills' star to start paying child support for the couple's daughter, Kirra.
In the filing, Bohan claims Audrina makes tons of money and he is now currently unemployed due to the outbreak of the Coronavirus.
It get's worse...
Bohan says he is a bartender at an establishment called 'The Boulevard' in Newport Beach, CA. But, in the documents he says, "Due to the COVID—l9 stay at home orders, I was placed on leave from my job and have recently applied for unemployment."
At this point, he says Audrina pays him ZERO in child or spousal support, and claims she is making a whopping $36,000 a month (at least) based documents she filed with the court.
"I do not receive spousal support or child support from Petitioner although she earns a significantly higher income than me," he said in the filing.
He continued, "It is in the best interest of Kirra for the Court to establish a child support order as Petitioner earns a significantly higher income than Respondent."
In the documents, Bohan quotes part of the California law which requires judges to take into consideration the child's lifestyle at each parent's home when considering the amount of child support ordered.
"Kirra should have the right to live the same standard of living in each home," he wrote.
"Petitioner has not been paying child support even though her income has gone up to over $36,000 per month and I am currently furloughed from my employment and have yet to receive unemployment. I need child support and a contribution toward my attorney's fees and costs," Bohan says in the filing.
But, that's not all....
The former X-Games star claims Audrina has not been following the custody agreement for their daughter, Kirra, but refusing to turn over the child during custody exchanges.
"Petitioner violated the order the first time on March 11, 2020, by refusing to turn over custody of the minor child to Respondent at the commencement of his parenting time and withheld the child for the entirety of Respondent’s parenting time from March 11, 2020, until March 12, 2020," he alleges.
He claims in the documents, it happens several times, including a week later. "Petitioner violated the order a second time on March 18, 2020, by refusing to turn over custody of the minor child to Respondent at the commencement of his parenting time and withheld the child for the entirety of Respondent’s parenting time from March 18, 2020, until March 19, 2020," he wrote.
As you know, this divorce and child custody war have been especially nasty. In 2019, Audrina claimed Bohan assaulted their young daughter...and Child Protective Services got involved in the case.
According to documents, filed by Bohan, “In May 2019, Audrina made false claims of child sexual abuse against me to CPS. An investigation was done and the results of the investigation were that the allegations were unfounded.”
The 38-year-old claimed the allegation was just to “gain an advantage” in their ongoing custody battle.
A judge has yet to decide on child support, and the custody arrangement -- the case is ongoing.
