Stassi Schroeder and Kristen Doute were fired from the “Vanderpump Rules” cast last Tuesday and days later, singer and rapper Eve appeared on “The Talk,” where she lashed out at Stassi for calling the cops on her former co-star, Faith Stowers, in 2018.
As fans have surely heard, Bravo called it quits with Stassi and Kristen after Faith went public with a story in regard to the way in which the women attempted to have her arrested for drugging and stealing from men, neither of which she actually did.
“It is so ridiculous,” Eve said on an episode of “The Talk” last week, via a report from TooFab on June 12, in regard to the outrageous behavior of Stassi and Kristen.
“It is not funny to call the cops on anyone falsely, but especially a Black woman. To be calling the cops on this woman, are you … what type of person are you?” she wondered.
Stassi and Kristen were unsuccessful in having Faith arrested due to the fact that they had already found their culprit.
While Stassi and Kristen both offered apologies to Faith after hearing what she had to say about her feelings towards their efforts to ruin her life, Eve doesn’t seem to think that Stassi is truly sorry.
“It disgusts me. I’ve read her statement, her sorry and I don’t want your sorry, I don’t think you’ve changed,” Eve explained. “I think you’re sorry you got your whoever dropped you from your endorsements. I think you’re sorry about the fact you wont be on that TV show being famous for nothing.”
Following Faith’s revelations regarding Stassi and Kristen’s behavior towards her, Bravo made the decision to fire the two of them from “Vanderpump Rules” as they were dropped by a number of their sponsors.
It was also revealed that during a March 2017 episode of Stassi’s podcast, “Straight Up With Stassi,” the former reality star had complained about African American people “b***hing” about not getting nominated for Academy Awards. As some may have heard, Stassi also pointed out that other races weren’t complaining during the same episode.
In response to what Stassi said on the podcast, Eve slammed Stassi for her white privilege.
“Black people in Hollywood need to stop complaining … that is, she is the poster child for white privilege,” she proclaimed. “She’s the poster child for white privilege. come on!”
To see the last of Stassi on “Vanderpump Rules”, don’t miss the conclusion of the three-part reunion special, which was filmed virtually from the casts’ homes in May, on Tuesday, June 16, at 9 p.m. on Bravo.
