Holly Sonders gets a giant NSFW for her latest Instagram update. The former Fox Sports host and golfing enthusiast updated her account ahead of the weekend with a major dose of swimwear, some Blue Bell ice cream, and a big lounge-about her granite kitchen counters. Holly, whose Instagram is followed by 475,000, also reminded her followers of her insane workout body – the star had already stripped down to a tiny thong bikini on May 30 as she reminded the city of Las Vegas that "gyms are open."

Holly was on her front, looking seductively sideways with a big spoon of ice-cream to her mouth and tubs both in front and behind her. Holly's followers don't miss a thing. They threw her over 6,000 likes for the sexy shot, with a ton of comments also coming in. Definitely noticed was the ice-cream as one fan wrote: "Proud of you for choosing Texas' own Blue Bell." The message even got a reply from Sonders as she wrote: "I love Texas." Meanwhile, another fan eyeing up the ice-cream wrote: "Gotta love some Blue Bell!" More amusing, for some, may have been the reply reading: "I often come over from work to find my other half like this ?."

Holly definitely knows the art of Instagram engagement. Earlier this month, she bravely went braless in a satin gown from her bathroom, with a caption shouting out popular song "Cotton Eye Joe." The star appeared out to let Instagram know the theory that "Cotton Eye Joe" is linked to STDs. She wrote: "Do any of you REALLY know what the song Cotton Eye Joe is about?
