Halle Berry kept it unusual and – as usual – jaw-dropping yesterday. The 53-year-old Oscar winner whose #FitnessFriday posts now stretch back two years updated her Instagram ahead of the weekend with a sun-drenched workout. The glass wheel equipment used prompted plenty of questions – and a response from the "Catwoman" actress herself – with the post also going down a storm overall as Halle clocked herself over 72,000 likes. Halle, who completed three years worth of martial arts training in just six months for "John Wick: Parabellum," had opted out of anything too hardcore in her image, instead seen stretching it out amid sun-drenched lawns and backed by flowering shrubbery. Her photo – seen below – came as a giant reminder of the muscle she harnesses, with Halle seen stretched to the max and using a circular glass wheel as back support. Halle, whose Women's Health Mag Friday IG post had shown her balancing a pose post-rain and in a jungle-like setting, took to her caption to speak to her 6.2 million followers. She began: "The work we are doing now is undeniably essential to our collective progress, but the side effects can be draining. We have decided to continue with our #FitnessFriday takeover, and this week, we are talking about the ways I incorporate stretching and yoga into my daily routine."

The caption continued: "Bringing that much needed attention to my body with something like a yoga wheel helps manage my stress levels and releases the negative energy that can often take over when I feel overwhelmed." Halle's fans did not miss the unique wheel – "I need one of those wheels!" one wrote, with the Re-Spin founder replying: "I did actually design one for the @respin fitness collection." Halle's new fitness accessories line retails at outlets including TJ Maxx and Marshalls. The abs, however, aren't an off-the-shelf deal.

Halle's Instagram shows off the sweat sessions – nearly half a million views have been logged for that abs peel-off – with the star also featuring personal trainer and "spirit animal" Peter Lee Thomas on her account. The regular joint updates have, however, fueled dating rumors for the thrice-divorced mom of two, with Halle herself needing to shut down speculation that she's in a relationship with her trainer earlier this year.
