“Vanderpump Rules” star Jax Taylor & Brittany Cartwright reportedly lost a lucrative endorsement deal in the wake of Faith Stowers calling them out for their alleged racist behavior.
According to the Instagram account @canceljaxtaylor, a representative for the eyewear company DIFF Eyewear told a fan they have suspended their partnership with Jax and Brittany.
The fan wrote to the company asking, “Have you cut ties with Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright?”
The company allegedly responded, shown in a screenshot posted on Instagram, “Hi! Thank you so much for reaching out. Feedback like this is what keeps us learning and growing as a brand. We are investigating the situation and have suspended our partnership. As we move forward, we will continue to strive for a more diverse community of partners that uphold the mission of making a positive difference in this world. Again, thank you for reaching out. Please feel free to continue to voice your concerns with us. Love, DIFF.”
Over the past couple of years, Jax & Brittany often hawkedDiff products on their social media. In 2018, Brittany even partnered with the company on a charitable designer line.
The decision to move on with Jax & Brittany may be the start of the end for the couple. Calls for them to be fired continue to grow by the day. Faith recently accused Brittany of calling her a “nappy-headed hoe” during a previous argument. Brittany has denied the allegations, but fans have had enough.
The drama comes after Bravo fired Stassi Schroeder & Kristen Doute for their past behavior towards Faith. She accused the two of having it out for her and calling the cops to falsely accuse her of a robbery.
Stassi and Kristen’s rep, Steve Honig, released a statement following their firing reading, “Stassi and Kristen acknowledged what they did was wrong, have apologized and been punished. Without casting aside their actions or the impact of those actions, they want to move forward as part of the solution in ways that are productive, meaningful and sincere. Both of them recognize actions speak louder than words and that is what will guide them as they move forward."
