Kelly Clarkson's divorce with Brandon Blackstock is totally drama free. Sources tell The Blast that there's no significant incident regarding their decision to split, as in no one cheated, and their divorce is completely "amicable." We're also told that the former couple's friends are completely blindsided by the divorce news. One source says it didn't appear the two were having any issues and they are shocked that Kelly Clarkson filed for divorce. As The Blast reported, the singer filed last week after six years of marriage.

The talk show host has asked for joint legal and physical custody of their two children -- five-year-old daughter River Rose and four-year-old son Remington Alexander. And when it comes to money, they have got that sorted. The duo already had a prenup in place when they walked down the aisle in 2013. In fact, the date of the prenup is October 15, 2013, which is just five days prior to their barn-inspired wedding. Kelly Clarkson has made it clear that she wants the court to honor that piece of paper.

The "Since You Been Gone" singer has asked to terminate any chance of her paying spousal support to Brandon Blackstock. Of course, he's country superstar Reba McEntire's stepson so he's not hurting for money either. As for property, they will sort that out later just like the date of their separation. As of now, the date they separated is not listed but could be significant. Kelly Clarkson has also checked the box indicating both parties will pay for their own attorney in the divorce.
